    The front desk staff is extremely rude and not customer centric they are only busy pleasing own supervisor. Mr alex at front end extremely unprofessional. They should be send back to learn basic manners. Property is little far from city center and not well maintained

    Callous hotel staff

    Very careless staff. We had 2 rooms, where one of the rooms did not have a proper shower unit, broken knobs and taps. We had to change rooms 2 times with so much delay.

    They don’t even have water bottle available before noon. We reached at 5am and were struggling to find bottle of water till 11am
