    Perfect location to explore venice

    The hotel is a 10 min quick walk from the rail station and a 5 min walk from the water bus station. The rooms are well furnished, decent breakfast and very welcoming and helpful staff. The hotel also facilitates an hour long motor boat ride on the canals that take covers the main locations of venice (there's no commentary though.

    They need to have a better option in kitchen. Breakfast was excellent. Staff are friendly. Location is just near the railway station and next to a beautiful canal. It has a very beautiful park. Just go for it and I promise that you would not regret your decision.
