This is my second time at this hotel, and all I can say is how wonderful it is! Very convenient and affordable. I don’t like the small rooms, but that’s what a hostel hotel it’s all about. I recommend a lot if your just saying for a few days and don’t have many bags. Maybe as a start up hotel!

christina.familyNov 17, 2024 The room with twin beds does not have a lot of space to move around though two big luggages can be put under the beds. I think guests should have the option to request the round table to be removed from their room for a bit more space. Washrooms are on the same floor but showers are on a different floor. It feels more like a hostel.
It's convenient. Close to restaurants, local convenience store, and transportation. Staff are helpful. Would sleep there again if I was in Kyoto again.
average place. not terrible but not comfortable. the room was hard to move around in. window couldn’t open and despite the ac unit it was extremely stuffy in the room. staff were nice. you can check the status of the laundry and showers on your phone which is nice.
Beyond my expectation. I like the one-person room and shared restroom/space. It’s cozy and easy. I’ll come the next time when I visit Kyoto.

jasmine.familyOct 19, 2024 For the price this was an amazing place to stay. I slept very well, the washroom and showers were clean. They clean the showers twice a day. Very good water pressure. Check in and check out was easy! Very close to the subway exit! A lot of amenities - towels, tooth brushes, shampoo, conditioner, slippers, pjs. There are also washer and dryers vending machines on the first floor.

Good hotel but nothing special about it.
It was very convient for transportation and walking and a stop away from main train station. It was quiet for the most part. Some of the tourists from abroad were rude, noisey and messy, yet the local people and staff were very kind and helpful. I got 2 extra nights as I was quite happy there. It’s also worth purchasing a breakfast ticket. Good location. Thank You for a nice stay.
Liked the cleanliness and easy access of this hotel from the subway. Also appreciated the provision of the towels and toiletries and the free wifi

The laundry room only had four machines and none of them did a sufficient job of drying the clothes, even after an extra 30 minutes of drying. We ended up hanging/draping our clean laundry around the room for a day to get them sufficiently dry.
