    Hi, neat clean room, size small( for the money charged)centrally located, shinjuke station 600 mtrs, bars restaurant in close vicinty, make my trip have the cheapest rates vise a vise others, thanks

    Fantastic location; lots of food and drink options close by. Plus short walk to shinjuku station which is the gateway to everything in tokyo. The property met my expectation. The room was relatively small, however that’s par for the course in tokyo so what i expected. In my few encounters with staff i found them extremely helpful (and their english was okay.

    Not up to the business hotel standard

    Not one of the better a pa hotels. The hotel doesn't have basic amenities like laundry service or even a iron inside the room. Comparatively not as clean as other a pa hotels. Also located at a 10 min walking distance from shinjuku station.
