Good hotel at a decent location. Staff is friendly. The chinese food is very good and staff named john is a very cheerful person. All and all a good experience

I use to stay regularly but this time the service is very bad. Not recommended for stay. Staffs are very rude and food is also sub standard

Location is very good, food is very good esp indian and chinese. Professional team and always helpful. Housekeeping is staff is very courteous and are very responsive.

Location is very convenient, suitable for families. They have 2 restaurants out of which 1 is open for 24hrs. Excellent food quality and staff is very courteous and friendly.

It was a very beautifully maintained clean hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. We had some very early morning trips and checkout and they were keen to help us at those early hours with our bags as well. Food was great and very reasonably priced although the seasoning could be improved.

Staying at concord has always been great. Excellent experience. Good food, good hospitality and facilities. It’s like feel at home. I will definitely recommend my friends who visit kenya.

I've stayed here for 4n. Hospitality is really nice. Easy accessibility of cabs and alot of places nearby to visit. They have veg options too in the breakfast

Hotel is excellent and food is very authentic, just one thing for room dining there should not be any tray charges as it doesn’t makes sense

Hotel is located in heart of the city. Staff is very friendly. Swimming pool is really awesome 24 hrs warm water pool. Gym is equipped. Breakfast very small portion of vegetarian food. Any way nice hotel to staf.
