    I was travelling alone and I had my husband cc with me. I had full payment done for this stay. But they want safety deposit and they can't use my husband cc. Well I understand the security reason but understand the situation as well. After discussing for Long time they allowed me to stay in room with mini bar literally locked. Have some trust on the customer as well. Locking mini bar looks so cheap.

    Pathetic service

    Very overpriced. Worse hotel in entire Macau. Prices are too high and service is pathetic, I stayed in executive room and breakfast was OK not value for money. I would have stayed in some other hotel by spending this much.

    Spacious, clean, nice bed, free phone to explore city which is much needed as rarely any1 speak English, walking distance from Lisboa casino, value for money stay under 7k, use 26A bus to go to cotai from nearby bustop. Also sightseeing areas in central are walkable distance from hotel. Like Senado square, ruins of St. Paul. Would love to stay again. Happy holidays
