The location is good and peaceful at night. Restaurants around and public transport. Inexperienced staffs. Good staff at breakfast area. Average breakfast, don't expect much of your choice as Malay recipes. No hot water after repeated complains. Silly advises of keeping tap on for 15 to 20 mins, lower floor no hot water and asked to move on upper floor. They don't see the major problem of hot water not coming. If anything is not working or customer complains, the answer is, I am new here sir. Almost every staff seems to have this word going around to save themselves and Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur image. Compact rooms and hence good for solo or couple travel with least baggage. Overall, if you find better option based on genuine reviews, then look for it.

Stay is very good. The Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur is located near all indian restaurants. We stayed for 5 days. Everyday the house keeping person cleans the room. Staying and roaming in kl is a wonderful experience. Indians do take care in petaling street chinese market. Middle east( i think it's iranian fat and white male and female) pickpockets are there. They will ask you about an indian restaurant or a tourist center and ask you to show you indian money. Beware while crossing signals. They will show the american dollar and ask you to show indian money. Just say no or we use the same currency. We experienced it two times. Other than that, it's a wonderful place to roam around.

The Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur is just two stations away (redone mrt) from kl sentral and another 2 stations away from the famous petronas twin towers. I reached the Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur quite late at 2am but they ensured rapid checkin. There is a water dispenser which provides clean drinking water round the clock ( no need to buy packaged bottles and spend ringgits unnecessarily. There is a south indian eatery nearby and 24/7 convenience stores are nearby too. I would highly recommend this Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur above other business hoyels in vicinity.

Hotel cos-mo is well placed and nearer to the train station which makes it easy to commute to and from Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur. Room was clean and convinient. I found that breakfast service menu needs bit improvement however the restaurant ambience was good. Staff were friendly and i would recommend this Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur for a short stay nearer to the kl sentral as most tourist attractions are nearer and there are many eateries in the neighbourhood. 3. 3

Located in the middle of the city and a lot of indian restaurants. Many options for vegetarian and the sevanan bhawan within 100 meters is the best. Very reasonable rates. The masjid jamek is the nearby mart and l rt transport hub at a distance of about 150 meters. Twin towers and the kuala lumpur towers are about 1. 5 km away and we get there within a 20 minute walk. Value for money Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

Location: excellent. Many indian restaurants nearby as well as masjid jemak l rt station is just 2-3min walk away. Food (breakfast: average as there are very very less options for north indian like me. Room service: alright but they didn't provide me a scissor even after multiple requests as i required it to cut my baggage tag. Staff behaviour: good & rooms are quite small.

One must choose to stay here as it’s affordable and comfortable stay in the city. Close to tourist place, metro station and bus stops too. Easy to get food around in Indian restaurants.

Located near masjid jamek metro station, cos-mo Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur provides good connectivity to all parts of kuala lumpur. The budget friendly Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur is great for a short duration. Rooms are clean and with limited amenities. Cleanliness was maintained and staff was friendly. I really enjoyed my stay

The place and the staffs were pretty good. I was here for 3 nights and i didn't face any issues. I didn't took any other service so i can't comment about it. But if you are vegetarian then saravanna bhavan is very near to the Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur and you can get most of the south indian food items. Happy stay!

Ideally located for easy access to all modes of public transport. We stayed in the 15th floor and the view from our window was pretty. Very friendly and helpful staff. There are many local attractions within walk-able distance. The only drawback is that they don't have much variety in breakfast, it's mostly bread.

Very good, limited items, but problem with veg. No veg food available only salad and bread.
Overall everything is good, all staff are cooperative by I want to know why they ask me for tourists tax which I paid but if I booked this Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur by MakeMyTrip then they must inform me about this.

The Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur was very classy, excellent spacious room(junior suite). Only thing I was slightly disappointed was the shampoo and bodywash liquids were diluted with water, which made us difficult to use it. Otherwise excellent location, good food, clean and tidy. I will recommend this place.

Good location, nearer to South Indian restaurants, close to market area like central market and few other areas. Neatly maintained.

Interior is very good and location is very good mid in the city. KFC, mcdonald's and all indians restaurants nearby Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur and Mydin mall near this Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur very easy.

The stay at Cosmo was great. The location is also close to Central Market and Masjid Jamek station. There are many Indian restaurants also close by.

Hotel is located nearby to all the places to visit. So we could cover most of the areas in a short duration and got some time to relax. Rooms were very clean and staffs were very kind towards the guests.

It's a nice to stay Hotel with all good facilities and convenient location accessible from almost all places in kl. The Hotel is little compact in terms of room and corridor space, but sufficient enough to stay for few days.

Reception staff was very rude and house keeping is not so good. They don't provide good soap or shampoo. I had to buy from outside. Rooms and other facilities are upto mark. And it's location is also good. Please don't book the room without window. That will be a huge mistake

The room I booked was upgraded to a one with window. But there was no mirror. Only one was in the bathroom

Had a nice stay except breakfast. Staff accommodation and rooms maintained neatly. In break fast, more vegetarian items should be included.
