The room was not so good, there is no hot water supply even after multiple times reported to reception and maintainer, both 2 days no hot water supplied which is very bad. No pics

I was on the 11th floor and getting late to go but the lift wasn't working for hours. At last i used stairs to go from the 11th floor. The check in time is also 3 pm and no early check-in allowed there.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. It's good for budget stay. Room was decent with good space & clean breakfast is okay. Remember if you need packed breakfast, then inform them before 2 pm or they will deny it baggage need to be carried at room on your own & back also own (so self service for luggage) location is really nice, lot of tourist spots/good restaurants at walking distance

1. Hotel location is great since we had easy access to public transport like metro and bus stands near-by 2. The breakfast was good for all the ethnicities including indian veg food, although the variety in thst can in increased 3. Staff is polite and helpful 4. The rooms were clean and ready for check-in before time, enabling us to rest ourselves a bit early

Their hospitality is good and the view from 15th floor is excellent and lunch in the hotel is awesome especially the fish curry

Rooms and breakfast was horrible. The hotel is not even better to grade as 2 star. The location is very congested no parking space for taxi also. The services are poor they are not even providing ro water in the room they said you have to fill your bottles from water cooler.

This is next to indian restaurants next to metro station near by to klcc petronas and merdeka if u plan to be out whole day and come only for sleep and bath this hotel good value for money good bed small bath we are two adults and two young kids we took two rooms we received connected rooms so it was convenient

The hotel room had no windows! at the breakfast table there were no eggs housekeeping cleaned the rooms at 6 in evening there was always a feeling given by hotel staff that you pay more for more service which is very unlike kl as most hotels there have always been v hospitable in their approach. Will never go there again.

Small rooms with no window. Unclean premise. Bad behaviour at reception and hotel doesn't like bookings through make my trip type portals. Charged extra 10% at the counter.

All is good except they don’t have full mirror in hotel room. Vegetarian food for jain people not more options.

Big rooms, not good breakfast

The rooms were quiet big. We had booked the cos-mo king with no window. Hotel staff was good. For early check in they charged us big amount which i felt should not be that much. If you are vegetarian, there is not much choice except bread and butter, some juice etc. They had idle and up-ma also but by looking at those it was feeling like not edible. I strongly suggest not to have breakfast included while booking as it will increase your cost un-necessary.

I had a great stay at the cos-mo hotel, kuala lumpur. The property is located in a very prominent area with all the required amenities and is very clean. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.
