Hotel management is not cooperating with 1-2 hr early checkin. They don't clean room daily. They are charging charge for swimming pool. If you need anything, you need to walk for 400mts to talk manager as there is no contact number provided

Location is out of main city. There was no restaurant near by. Hotel had not own restaurant. No housekeeping. We stayed for 5 nights. No cleaning day basis. They supplied us 2 500ml water bottle first day only. After that we had to buy water bottle everyday.

For basic things were not included

The basic things like dental kits were not included in the room. Also, if you have to access to the roof top swimming pool, you have to go to the lobby fort and then have to pay. And then you can access to it.

The amenities were poorly provided, we had to literally walk up and down frequently to get the basics like toiletries because there was no communication from the number provided. I literally lost peace of mind because of that.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during my stay but their infinity pool remained closed I booked this hotel for their amazing pool every day they said next day it will open but it didn't. Hotel lane could be very jammed in traffic hours it took us 1.5 hours to reach Petronas in traffic how which is just 1. 3 km away. They have rooms at higher floors which gives a good view but they don't have any phone for room service they won't give you water or anything. I had to shop from 7/11 of basic things which any 3 star hotel will also provide.

Beautiful rooms and great location

Pros-location was excellent with mind blowing infinity pool. Taxi was always available except once when we had to wait for 45 minutes because of rush dirty. They let us checkout late. Cons- room service could have been better. There was no milk powder. The couch was very dirty. Over all I am very happy with the choice and would recommend.

The property is located at the prime location, City center. For that location, the price quoted is a steal any day. Would strongly recommend this place to everyone! and the infinity pool with petronas view simply a must stay.
