There were no service. Room was okay, in terms of amenities there was no refrigerator. Better to keep refrigerator atleast

This time I booked this hotel for my sisters and I booked this 3rd time, before I booked it for me and my wife and my brothers. But as usual they don't have variety for vegetarian people in breakfast.

Staff are very friendly and they take extra mile to help you out. Don't expect all amenities which you get in other hotels. A decent hotel which is clean and supportive staff.
Very prime location, easy access to metro, mono rail, Airport buses

Average room. Not much amenities. AC cooling was average. The only plus point is the location where lot of restaurants and pubs are nearby.

Room was as per the expectation. Location is a great advantage right next to kl Central. One can just walk into this hotel after coming from airport. I would definitely like to visit once again

Good Service. It was value gor money . The room was very clean and staff was very good . Location wise it was very good as transportation was easy and connected to main road . Overall it was a nice stay

Nice hotel. Value for money. I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. Location was superb, easily accessible from public transport and KL Central station. Very welcoming staff. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and good service provided by hotel staff. Thanks.

The hotel is very well located in the city and just 2km from KL Sentral... It is also easily accessible from various other stations... Though the breakfast was not at par with other international hotels the stay in the rooms was very good.

Service needs to be improved and the breakfast need to have some Indian spread. Vegetarian please avoid taking the breakfast in the hotel. Near to the hotel lot of South Indian restaurants and good spread available

Service is good, room is very clean, area is located near to KL sentral. And they allowed us to check out late by 2 hours without any additional payment. I got the room in 6th floor and the view is good.

Bad breakfast spread, cold food, bad taste. The location is great, walking distance from KL Central station but surroundings are bad. If you're not hygiene freak then can try the street food next to the hotel.

Reasonable hotel with many Indian staff, who were very kind. Difficult with breakfast for a strict vegetarian family like ours. Towels weren't that new, didn't use them, as we carried with us for safety sake. Bath soap was too much scented and no good/NG.
