Excellent and top class hotel for a business trip or a family trip. Only wifi is an issue and one cant expect to do office work using this low speed wifi. Even social media videos won’t work in that speed. Rest all great

Extremely well located and connected. Spacious rooms. Excellent service at the front desk. It has a good gym and a lovely swimming pool. Not a lot of eating options in the hotel but a good choice of restaurants around the hotel

My husband and i were visiting kl for 5 days. V e is perfectly located with close access to the good restaurants, pub street at bangsar village, malls in good proximity as well as a great hiking park right behind the hotel. The hotel has good facilities - swimming pool and gym are well equipped and maintained. Good drinks at the pool side bar. Good spread for breakfast as well. Rooms are decent - although they could do with reusable bottles since there’s excessive plastic waste with the endless water bottles.

Nice rooms - terrible food

Rooms are nice, clean, spacious. Food options specially indian is terrible. Breakfast for an indian and specially if you are vegetarian is beyond terrible. Menu never changes / they have no sense of what should be cooked for breakfast as per indian requirements. Location of the hotel is a plus though.

Property is located 10 minutes away from metro kl gateway mrt. Around the property multiple food joints and good indian restaurants khan. Opportunity to explore multiple cuisine.

It was very pleasant to be there. They let us check-in 3 hours early, for which we are very grateful! The food was great. Speed of service can improve a bit though. Other than that, the location, the room design, the amenities were all up to the mark of how you expect your holiday travel to begin!

Good value for money. Overall rating is good didn't taste the food no I have no comments on food.
We were traveling as a couple for a conference so it was a short and tight trip. We were surprised to note that there are almost no Indian vegetarian items in the breakfast. The bathroom head shower did not work so we had to use the small hand shower instead as we did not had the time to complain and stuff as we had to rush to the conference every single day. The wifi did not work on our 3rd device till the end. Spa services were horrible at Anju spa. They were untrained masseurs and it was a waste of money.
