The Metro Hotel KL Sentral

This was my parents first trip abroad and they really loved it. The place is decent and budget friendly, near to metro and bus station less than 5 min walk to both and easily accessible to all tourist places. The bed sheets could have been much cleaner there were few stains on one of it. Room service is not available and if we need anything like water bottle etc it will take time however the staff is very friendly and under staffed so kind of understand the delay

I stayed here for 1 day and it was a pleasant stay to say the least. If you are arriving at night or after midnight you will have to pay extra for early check-in otherwise the check-in starts at 10 AM. However after check-in there was no problem, the staff is courteous and friendly and it is just beside a 24 hour restaurant so you will always find food and beverages all day and night as well. Recommended for solo travelers more.

The overall stay was more than expected. The The Metro Hotel KL Sentral was clean and well maintained. We have room service available everyday. Did not have any problems during the stay. My suggestion for people who are looking for a 2* rated The Metro Hotel KL Sentral. This is actually like a 3* The Metro Hotel KL Sentral.

Staying at the The Metro Hotel KL Sentral was pleasant, location was very good close to kl sentral transportation hub. There was a lot of food stalls and restaurants serving chinese, indian, malay and arabic food. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Outdoor cleaning to be taken care of.

This The Metro Hotel KL Sentral located very nearby KL Sentral. You can access all around KL with public transport. Nearby ABC restaurant, 7 eleven supermarket, and mall. But early check in they won't allow. If early check in required book a day before through Make My trip.

Hotel is located in heart of Kuala Lumpur. Nearby you have good Indian restaurants. Kl central is walk-able distance. Morning breakfast served was in the The Metro Hotel KL Sentral was tasty. Will recommend to travelers who wish to stay in central area of Kuala Lumpur.

Train Station is near and bus stop are near to Hotel. Lot of food courts are available with reasonable price. Grab cab would be a good Idea

I just walked from The Metro The Metro Hotel KL Sentral kl Sentral to my The Metro Hotel KL Sentral. It's clean, facilities good, front office management excellent. All sorts f restaurant need public transport within 500 meters.

It's budget friendly and very near to kl metro and bus station. It can be a bit confusing when talking about l rt mart monorail etc but all are available here. Location is a great plus and nearby good options for vegetarians

Hotel location is very excellent which is very near to Kl Sentral mall (LRT, Metro, mono, bus connections). Near by lot of food shops. Rooms are well cleaned and maintained.

Great location, good room for family. Bathroom is spacious. Towels and bath gel is providing, no other supplies such as toothbrush, combs etc. Great room. Excellent stay.

The metro The Metro Hotel KL Sentral at kl sentral is well maintained. The rooms were really comfortable. The ambience was good and the service was absolutely fantastic.

Value for money with metro, and Airport transfer near by. All Indian foods and 24*7 cafe making things easy.

With a budget range having all food around and KL Central, makes it very convenient to stay. This is the last 6 months, I am using the same property.

Its a regular place for me now and staffs know me well. Still believe they can improve when it comes to poor air-condition that works and sometime does not.
