Resorts World Langkawi

I travelled with my family and in-laws and we booked 2 room sea-facing suite with balcony. Nodoubt, the Resorts World Langkawi is in a very good location with sea views from the balcony and the resort is adjacent to the seashore. Singapore cruise stops adjacent to the resort with very good facilities and evening time live singing by very good singers. However, I believe its staff needs to be a bit sensitive towards guests. e.g. 1. Most of the Resorts World Langkawis in Malayasia check-in is 3 pm and checkout 12 pm. I requested for early check-in through email but the Resorts World Langkawi won't confirm or deny. Instead, the route to the agency through which it is booked. in this case MakeMyTrip and did not get any confirmation even though I tried through MMT Ava. 2. somehow reluctantly handed one room at 12 pm upon arrival, the other late evening. the following day we went for island hopping early morning at 9 am. Requested for a late checkout for one of the rooms. The staff denied the request. which I find is a bit rude, not sure if it would have been any better if I had checked out in one room and the other after returning back. 3. I was already late for the 9:30 am Ferry so did not get any time to have breakfast with family, with a kid on-premise. So requested for takeaway some food to have it during the island hopping. I was not sure if any food facility is available in the islands for a hopping trip. The person-in-charge denied the request. I find it the staff and its people could be a bit more sensitive. 4. They have 2 foosball tables. one was occupied and my daughter wanted to play in the other and there was no ball. The sports bar person would tell me that if I buy a beer then he will handover the ball to play. Which is a bit odd condition. nevertheless, we were able to play. Except for the above: the lady who was in charge for the Island hopping was very helpful. She ensured that the ferry which had just left a while back would return back to pick us up. Thanks to her, we had a memorable island hopping trip. Overall, I liked the location, ambience. Given a chance, I would still stay in this resort, If I don't find a better resort with a similar location.

The location is amazing and view is beautiful, the rooms are spacious but the bathroom, toilets are separate and in old style! They need to upgrade bathroom, basin, toilet everything is separate in the room. There is boat dock which takes you directly to Island hopping and also helicopter ride! The best thing is the infinity pool of the Resorts World Langkawi where you can enjoy the stunning mesmerizing view of the Langkawi Islands You can also grab your own drinks and ask for glass and ice from Resorts World Langkawi bar near to the pool. The staff is very polite and always greet you with smiling face. The Resorts World Langkawi management and members are very sweet and helpful. They also have a very good breakfast with lots of variety for vegetarian as well as non vegetarian. Breakfast recommended! There is also a singer at night on waterfront Deck yard where you can enjoy the live music band if you don't want to go out and enjoy at Resorts World Langkawi. They also offer tourism inside the Resorts World Langkawi lobby and you can just ask at the Resorts World Langkawi if you need two wheeler and four wheeler on rent as they call the agent from nearby and they take you in there own vehicle for selecting bikes and cars for which Resorts World Langkawi doesn't keep any commission. Vehicle on rent is the cheapest way to explore beaches and places in Langkawai Island. Its location is also very nearby from local super stores, duty free shopping, Beach, vegetarian and non Resorts World Langkawis. The only drawback is the Resorts World Langkawi is under renovation so there is a little machine sound from 11 am to 6 pm Even all the cruise stop is at Resorts World Langkawi dock!

This Resorts World Langkawi has an excellent view from the rooms as well as from the restaurant. The rooms were clean and spacious. One big minus point about this Resorts World Langkawi is they charge money if you want to use their wifi(I think it was 25MYR per day). Every other Resorts World Langkawi I stayed in my trip offered free WiFi except this one so we were disappointed. Also the check-in time is 3 pm when most other Resorts World Langkawis in Langkawi provide a 2 pm check-in. The check-in processing time also was a bit slow compared to my previous Resorts World Langkawi experiences but the check-out was quick. Overall the experience was good.

Not very far from the langkawi international airport. You can reach the Resorts World Langkawi very easily via grab cabs. Located beside the sea and dock, it gives a mesmerising view. Hotel has almost all the necessary amenities. Although some renovation was going on during our visit, but we hardly felt any inconvenience because of it. The infinity swimming pool is very relaxing and can be used to chill for the whole day. The food also is very good, although pure vegetarian options are limited. But the service and hospitality is amazing. Overall a very great experience. Totally recommend.

Resorts world was quite a Resorts World Langkawi experience we were expecting in langkawi. Its location is the best thing apart from all the amenities provided like infinity pool, games room, bar with live music, food tastes awesome and rooms were fantastic. We booked premium sea view room which was worth it as it had a big balcony facing the beautiful sea. I’ll recommend this Resorts World Langkawi to my friends and whoever wish to go to langkawi. No

Resort world is a nice property with spacious rooms and ample parking area, staffs are very kind and helpful. The beach view rooms are really awesome, very pleasant and safe location, 5 minutes drive to the famous beach, pantai cenang which is good for local shopping, water sports activities, restaurants and massage centers. Can get delicious indian food at this area. Over all we are happy with our stay with resort world, langkawi

I had visited this place with my family and where shall i begin from how best this resort was. Rooms were super spacious and we had booked the sea view room and it was magnificently beautiful. This resort is super huge and had all the amenities from gym, game room, resto-bar, infinity pool, restaurant, spa, dress shop, reading room & many more. I’m definitely gonna book this place whenever i visit langkawi.

If you are looking for sea view Resorts World Langkawi with a peaceful and charm location then this resort is for you. Construction is little old but overall it's the best place to stay. Just 12 km from Airport and 3 km from Cenang Beach (best Beach) and 22 km from Sky walk. And Resorts World Langkawi will provide you bike on rent. If you are planning a Langkawi trip, don't forget to go to skywalk.

The resort is right on the coast of langkawi and does full justice to the natural beauty of langkawi. There are many facilities within the resort like infinity pool, games room, restaurants, spa, water pool, etc. The sea view room is top notch and will add value to your stay! it is just 25 mins from the airport and has a huge parking space for your rental car as well.

THE HOTEL LOCATION WAS REALLY GOOD. PICTURESQUE LOCATION. STAFF SPECIALLY THE RECEPTIONISTS WERE EXCELLENT. THERE ARE FREE PICKUPS TO AND FRO FROM HOTEL AND LANGKAWI BEACH AND MAIN MARKET. PROVIDED WITH ALL FACILITIES. TOILET AND BATHROOM WERE SEPARATE. A KITCHENETTE IN THE ROOM MIGHT HAVE BEEN BENEFICIAL FOR GUESTS STAYING FOR LONGER PERIODS.

Location was awesome. Really enjoyed the stay at Langkawi because of this Resorts World Langkawi only. Food was too good and even got Indian food items too. Facilities provided at the Resorts World Langkawi was also superb. Stay at this Resorts World Langkawi was a really a memorable one for as and will consider again in future if possible.

Had an overnight stay here and it was kind of them to upgrade us to room with seaview. Great view to wake up to. No soundproof rooms, so could hear things said next door and could be a bit noisy especially when there was a function in the boardwalk restaurant downstair. Breakfast was acceptable. Would recommend this for family or couple.

Its an old resort with standard facilities, but the room comes with a balcony providing a stunning view of andaman sea, the infinity pool is the best thing to enjoy in the resort.

Room was nice quite to far from City but good for young couple, view from room was awesome.
Room was good but I don't like the distance of my room to much walking to reach room everyday.

It was one of the few Resorts World Langkawis next to the sea and a breathtaking landscape. Room service was good, prices are reasonable too.

If anyone planning for Langkawi, I highly recommend Resorts World Langkawi. Best place to spend your valuable quality time.

Room was neat and clean along with all standard amenities. Services are good and along with free shuttle service to town center. Staff is courteous to all your local needs. Big and neat swimming pool is must use.

It was good we liked it very much

Location was excellent especially sea facing room. All necessary amenities were there. But very little options for pure vegetarian foods, only thing we missed badly.
Bathroom was small, no shower or bath tub, only hand shower.

Hospitality very poor with the staffs expect that Resorts World Langkawi is good.

The location was perfect. Clean rooms and awesome infinity pool. Breakfast had variety. Free shuttle service is also good.

Amazing experience. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Special thanks to Shah at the restaurant for serving vegetarian food. Kudos to each and everyone. Looking forward to stay again if went to Langkawi.

It's is centrally located near market it is value for money staying there the is too big specially for kids enjoy over there

Food and staff behaviours are good. Hotel is away from main area so we need to go 2 kms away from Resorts World Langkawi for restaurant or shops. Staffs are very friendly. Fun and adventure department available in resort itself so we can book for trips easily but it will be little costlier than outside.
