Good big rooms. Ample space for family with kids. Courteous n helpful staff. Decent spread of breakfast. Conveniently located. All in all a good stay

Great place to stay. It is a bit far from chenang beach and other tourist places. Grab is easily available so makes up for it. Decent place, big, clean rooms. Helpful staff as well. Allowed early check-in as well! recommend stay. No photos

The hotel was good and guest friendly. The rooms were near and tidy and was in the city. Indian food menu is restricted but buffet breakfast has quite a few items.

We had good experience staying at hotel with sea facing room. View from room was lovely will lot of boats, hills, maha tower lighting. With spacious room & bathroom, we enjoyed stay with my family.

It was a comfortable stay. But our room was locked from outside as we used to make baby food in a small cooker. Which they never mentioned before entering the hotel that they have strict hotel policy of not using cooker. Gueste r ordering food from grab, but they having policy of not making baby food. Very poor response as they should tell us before locking room

If you choose to stay in kuah town during your langkawi visit, this is a place which is highly recommended. Service was top of the notch. The amenities and infrastructure are in line with any luxury. The rooms are big in size and with mountain view or sea view. Highly recommend

We have taken premier sea facing room. The room is spacious and clean. Washroom is big and clean. View from the room is good. Lot of options present in the breakfast buffet. But the area is not happening place.

Except for the location of the hotel nothing else is really good about this hotel. Book at own risk. Faced murky water on day-1. Brown water flowed thru the day. No activity or tourist spot close to hotel except maha tower.

Bathing water was very dirty. We only booked this place for a proper sleep and bath. One of it is horrible. They provided a carton of water bottle to take bath which is unacceptable. As we could not take a hot shower after a long day
Good experience hotel was much adorable and we can stay comfortable and staff is much respect fully.

It was an amazing stay at this hotel. One of the best property. We booked sea view room, it was too spacious and so is bathroom. We have got amazing sea view along with famous Maha Tower view and swimming pool view too. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast and Hi tea very much. We were there for 4 nights and we enjoyed a lot. Surely recommend this hotel.

The only issue was they collected 117 rm extra as a part of local tax which was mentioned in make my trip as 25 rm. Accommodation and breakfast/high tea was good.
