Resort, location and service is excellent. Must try is thai restaurant. One will never get booking however just do walk-in around 8pm and you can get the table. Hotel staff will always says it’s full. If you want to see the sun set do prior booking. Beach is perfect and no rocks. Swimming pool is nice and good. Cable car and oriental village is hardly under 900 meters.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Chalets are very clean and have breathtaking views. The staff is very helpful and prompt in providing assistance for nearby activities and other help to book cabs etc.

We stayed there for just one night but it was best stay for our entire trip to langkawi. Entrance is huge and makes you feel great. Buggy ride is 24 x 7 and situated in such a dense forest. Water villa is awesome👍

Berjaya is an amazing resort, we have booked a forest room and that's amazing. They are providing in house shuttle to drop you till your room which was quite comfort considering resort is spread in large area. Rooms were neat and clean with beautiful view and some snacks. Swimming pool is large and very clean with some amazing view of beach. We being vegetarian got some good food options in their cafe. Checkin checkout was easy and all the staffs were very supportive and approachable. Skybridge and waterfall are just on walking distance and beach is on the property itself overall we would rate it 5/5.

The location is par excellence. Breathtaking views, beach, waters, skies, mountains. You have it all. The breakfast was a sumptuous spread with a great variety and very tasteful food. Dinner at pah n thai was delicious too. It was our 30 th anniversary which we couldn’t have asked for more. Then came the night, when we were rudely woken up by our neighbours ( 3 young adults) who came in drunk, created a lot of noise, shouting and loud music at 1230 pm. We were petrified as the hotel reception is far from the chalets. Anyway we spoke to the manager in the morning who reassured us that he would speak to their parents. Screening of visitors is important in a five star hotel like yours!

Extraordinary - town in itself

We stayed for 2 days at premier sea view. Resort is 20 mins away from airport and 800 meters from cable car and sky bridge attractions where one-way transfer is offered by resort but quite far to other sports (which is fine as it takes maximum 600-800 inr to go to any destination and many destinations are around inr 400-500. One needs to go from lobby to room via resorts shuttle which is very exciting. Shuttle services within resort is so good. Complimentary afternoon snacks available. Resort has two bars - one at beach and other at pool. The resort offers indian eating options as well. The resort has a tour desk where many excursions ate available on just a call from resorts room.

Best luxury hotel with breathtaking view

We booked chalet on water suite. The view is very mersmerizing and breathtaking. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is shuttle service for pick n drop to your room. The only drawback we felt was lack of indian food inside hotel. And since the location is little far from cenang beach area, you have no option but to eat at hotel premises.

It was good. Food was average. They ask to reserve the thai restaurant a day in advance, however the place is empty and many things in the menu is not available. Also the welcome drink was not served on arrival instead we were ask to go somewhere and get it ourselves, which didn’t feel so much like a welcome

Beautiful is an understatement! beyond words the beauty this property has. Massive property! the only 5 star property i have ever visited so far gives everyday complimentary mini bar. It has everything you need. Only thing which we felt that they can include little bit more of indian cuisines as many indians visit. They have all categories room each one has spectacular views either of rainforest, sea or both. Amazing spa ! incredible fire works fridays & saturdays. Sky-cab n sky bridge which is the main attraction of langkawi is in walking distance & they have shuttle service too.

Excellent resort to unwind yourself in the beauty of langkawi. The property is beautiful to the core and well maintained. Breakfast spread is pretty wide but the cherry takes the private beach that they have.

Excellent stay at berjaya resort and thoroughly enjoyed the pool, room and breakfast buffet. I will definitely come back to this hotel again and great room service and buggey service. Keep it up
