Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels

First off, the location is perfect. Located close to the best two casinos in Kathmandu and Thamel market which is the hub of all activities and night life. Located centrally and close to the airport and Pashupatinath temple. There's an ATM just across the Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels and taxis are readily available too. All restaurants are close by too. The rooms are spacious, well lit, neat and clean. Housekeeping and front office staff is very courteous and helpful. I had requested for an early check in and late check out the Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels was gracious to provide the same. The bed and bath linen are clean and the Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels is definitely five star quality. One doesn't miss the presence of a swimming pool, all facilities make up for a great stay and a memorable holiday.

This not a very big five star kinda property but the service is surely better than a star rated Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels. You ask for it and you get it. Front desk, housekeeping, in room dining, everybody is immaculate. Rooms are fairly big and comfortable. WiFi works efficiently. Oh yes the food here is good. I was here for 4 nights and every night we ordered dinner. Lamb, chicken, daal, all were pretty good. Place is close to some commercial areas, step down and start walking in any direction, you will see shops, restaurants,, grocery stores, etc.

The Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels is located in the heart of the city. The amenities were excellent. The restaurant Diplomat served delicious food. The Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels and the restaurant staffs were very cordial and helpful. Special mention to Prashanna, who helped us with a smooth check in and check out and also accompanied our trip to Nagarkot.

Newly renovated and spacious rooms makes the comfortable stay. The Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels is quite famous as it is one of the oldest Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels in kathmandu. Complementary breakfast was too good. Staff is very polite and helpful. Location is perfect 10 min walk to thamel market for perfect night out and clubbing plus shopping

I stayed there for 3 nights. The staff has been very polite and helpful. I prebooked breakfast and dinner. Meals were so yummy with a lot of variety. They even let me choose out of the set menu. Will stay again. Highly recommend this Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels to everyone. 5-star service you get in a 4-star Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels.

The Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels is very good with very good and spacious rooms, food is good but the menu is very limited menu and room service is not 24 hours as expected from 4 star Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels. Else value for money.
The in room dining menu is very limited and it was available up to 9.30 pm only.

A complete business Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels. Value for money and excellent location. Conveyance also not an issue as certain taxi people attached with the Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels so within five mins you get a cab. Neat and spacious room with all amenities. Superb well laid out breakfast.

The Hotel is clean, modern, well run and a good value for your money. The Hotel restaurant, the diplomat, is excellent. The food is tasty and my waitress on two occasions, Srijana, was very friendly and efficient. Her recommendation for a particular dish was spot on. You will enjoy your stay here.

Hotel is centrally located, very nice ambience of Restaurants, very friendly staff, nice clean and good size rooms. Overall value for money and a very nice place to stay for business or leisure trip. I will highly recommend.

This is literally the best Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels i've stayed in, the service provided was excellent and the staffs were really professional! felt like home in this Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels. It has to be a 5* Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels and not a 3*

Excellent Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels with excellent hospitality. The food was very delicious the staff was courteous and they gave us a free upgrade. The Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels is very neat and clean. I enjoyed my stay there.

Rooms are big. Clean toilets. Good food and hospitable staff

I am happy with my experience at 'Ambassador by Ace' Hotel Ambassador by ACE Hotels. I stayed in their 'deluxe room with balcony', the ambiance of the room was excellent. As well as my stay was very comfortable.
