Hotel is located in central place around which streets full of souvenir shops, restaurants are present. Hotel room and linen are maintained clean. Hotel staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast is good but needs some more Indian foodstuff on the menu. The only shortcoming is there is no lift even though it is a four-floor Kathmandu Grand Hotel, but I got my room on the first floor so no problems faced by me. Hotel manager arranged a good car for one day local travel at a good rate. Taxis at roadside are also available nearby easily. Overall I had a very comfortable stay with my wife.

This a clean and well located Kathmandu Grand Hotel in tourist hub, Thamel. They have a complimentary airport pick up facility. The buffet breakfat was good. They could also arrange Indian items, if intimated earlier. This Kathmandu Grand Hotel lacks a lift but if you have issue with it they try to accommodate you in first floor.
Liked the Kathmandu Grand Hotel. The Staff were good. The breakfast menu contained mostly continental items but on request they could make Indian items too. Hotel is conveniently located in tourist hub, Thamel.

Hotel is located in a busy tourist area which is a very lively and happening place. There is a lot of options for local Nepali artifacts, tea, and many restaurants in the area hence food availability late in the evenings is not an issue. Hotel staff is very friendly, well mannered, and ready to help. Cleanliness could have been better. Overall it's a good stay and would recommend for family and tourists.

Well it was three days stay at Kathmandu Grand Hotel, neat & clean, spacious and sound proof room along with all the modern amenities like tea coffee maker, induction plate, flat TV with international channels . Good continental breakfast buffet, Asian breakfast is available on request . Professional and helpful staff, always ready to serve . Overall it was a wonderful experience, I wish to be here again

Location of the Hotel in in the heart of Downtown Nepal Thamel area. With lots of food options available Around the Hotel. One never feels bored. Lots of shops Around to go Around. Not far from the Tribhuvan international Airport. Very helpful and courteous staff. Room was a bit small but was very clean. Provided with basic amenities such as Tea maker, complementary tea and toiletries.

The Hotel was in a good location and its about 100 meters from the main Road. Hotel is good in cleanliness and the taste of food was good. The only draw back was non availability of lift which may be a problem for old age people. The breakfast they served were not good as they basically served the Chinese and regional food. They should keep some more varieties of food in breakfast.

Nice Kathmandu Grand Hotel. Right in middle of the most happening place of Kathmandu. Just 15 minutes drive from airport. Nice and clean rooms and tasty food. Only issue is that they don't serve dinner after 9. 30, but since it's in the middle of so. Many night clubs and restaurants the dinner is not an issue.

The Kathmandu Grand Hotel was wonderful, the staff was very helping and courteous. The planner was very knowledgeable and provided great services towards planning of various tour packages. Breakfast was delicious and of good quality food. Must Stay Kathmandu Grand Hotel. Will definitely stay again. A++

Exceptionally friendly staff and best line they say which makes your day is water is suppose to be free for everyone hence we don't charge for it and they literally meant that. Amazing hospitality and help given. If you need help on anything just reach out to reception they will sort things out

Awesome Kathmandu Grand Hotel. Good price. Good food and best location. I will recommend the same to my friends, also will stay in future also. Staff was very helpful and provided services with smile. Near by area is good, can do shopping. Overall its amazing place not too far from airport.

This place is the best value for your money. Mr Giri and his staff win all hearts here. I even got complementary pick-up and drop to the airport. Breakfast buffet is nice, clean rooms, their in-house travel guide helps you plan your entire tour. Overall, fantastic stay - highly recommended!

Warm welcome, good staff and environment, value for money

Location is good, near to markets but not suitable for family. Food variety and quality is average not a good option for vegetarian. Rooms are small and not as per expectation or shown on pictures.
