Excellent hotel but bad air conditioning

Aka-ma is now ramada group and it is an extremely nice hotel, nice ambience, polite staff and excellent food. We booked the family suite for 3 pax but after one day a fourth person joined us. The hotel was kind enough not to charge anything extra. The family suite was very comfortable. It is the only hotel that gives a two spacious bedrooms with spacious attached bathrooms. The living room with sofas and dining table is spacious too. 4 to 6 people can stay very comfortably. But the reason i gave only average rating to this hotel is because of the temperature in the rooms. It was so warm inside the rooms that we had sleeping problems. The air conditioner is centrally controlled and they kept saying it’s winter time in nepal. The lobby and rest of hotel was cool. But inside the family suite it was hot. They provided fan on request. So it was better. But one night they ran out of fans as other guests have taken them. It means all the rooms have same problem. It’s a pity that a hotel with such excellent facilities is unable to solve this problem

I stayed for a night at the property. The check-in process was fast. Rooms were spacious and had all essential amenities. The hotel is approximately 15 minutes from pashupatinath temple. The next day we were supposed to check-out at 6:30 am. The front desk staff offered to pack breakfast for all four of us. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness. However, the food at the restaurant was a little overpriced i feel and even the taste was average. Overall, a comfortable stay and i recommend it.

Property was nice accommodation was good room was clean and hygienic food was excellent indian food though the options were limited but it was good staffs were very courteous it is a value for money

Family suit is very specious Good interior In all 5 star or 4 star category baby milk is complementary but in this hotel baby milk is chargeable In breakfast very limited options there is no dosa no idle It’s common How they rate 5 star ? There is only papayas in fruits for breakfast 🤨

Family suite facilities is ready nice & comfortable as we had old parents with us. Rest all facilities provided by them is good. The staff respect old age members and provided all food facilities inn room.

We had a pleasant stay at Akama Hotel, but while traveling in the city, I realized there were many better options of hotels. I'd like to highlight the pros and cons of booking this hotel, as per my observation. Pros : • Courteous staff behavior ● Decent Amenities, I.e. Gymnasium, pool, bar, etc. ●Clean and Spacious Rooms Cons •Boring Location ●Limited breakfast options ●A little overpriced food menu (limited vegetarian options). ●Unpleasant smell in a few corridors (6th floor) Overall, one can consider booking this place only when they have transport readily available to travel anywhere across the city as there are very limited facilities outside the hotel campus.

Excellent property and worth 4 star value for very reasonable prices. Easy to get cab for local sightseeing as hotel arranges it at no mark up basis and fixes rate with cab driver staff is courteous and helpful property is near main temple bit location is outskirts and has tier 3 town look

One of the best hotel i've visited. All staffs are so good. Rooms were so spacious and cleaned. All amenities were their. Timely room cleaning service. Breakfast was also complimentary. All cuisines were their. Pool, gym, sauna, steam, jacuzzi, meeting halls, etc are their. Trust me you gonna love it. Pashupatinath is just 10 mins away, baudhnath stupa 15 mins, kopan monastery 20 mins.
