Terrible hotel to stay with i can hear mice in the furniture at night plus the jet was broken in the washroom

The hotel interiors are unique, an old palace converted into a hotel. Superb hospitality and food. Rooms are big and location is great

It is a hotel cum historical palace , very nice attitude of employees working out there , live music was awesome , food was very tasty..i would request them to sustain the goodwill providing best service to their customer.. 🙏

I have booked a normal room on my budget when i told them it's my birthday they gave me a suit for same price
Staff is good and helpful, breakfast is good but room service is very late

Hotel is good, staff are very friendly, food is also very good, location is quite distance from city but bath attend supermarket is nearby so its ok.

The service quality is poor. Restaurant menu does not contain any vegetarian dish. We were told that this is 4 star property but it is below 2 star even.
