Hotel Splendid View

As the name suggests, the view from the 4th floor room balcony was really splendid, you have a good view of the macchepucchre and the annapurna range. We stayed there for a total of 4 days before and after returning from jomsom/muktinath and we had a great experience in the Hotel Splendid View. 4 things to talk about this Hotel Splendid View (1) location is very prime just near the phew a lake (2) view from the room's balcony is splendid (3) the internet speeds in the Hotel Splendid View rooms are top class (4) the service, the staff and the managers are very helpful, receptive and always there to help you with a smiling face. I had traveled as a group and all of us have really enjoyed the stay. Pokhara seems a good place when you are at this Hotel Splendid View. Will really recommend you this place. This is a great experience at a perfect budget.

We were a group of 14 people (3 families 7 adults and 7 kids, booked the Hotel Splendid View on mm t after reading the reviews. We were spellbound by the overall experience at this property. The rooms were good, food was amazing, staff was outstanding, inf-act the entire team pampered us so much that we never felt we were away from home and in another country. Under ram's management, anees, eeshwar, ram 2 were all just magical. We are short of words while writing this review. True essence of a Hotel Splendid View is the hospitality that it showcases and trust me on that front, splendid-view is 2nd to none. Kudos to the team and a big thank you, from all of us. Dasvidaniya! till we meet again.

My wife and i stayed in the great little Hotel Splendid View for a week. The rooms are big and well maintained and there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom, no matter what time of the day. Cleanliness was good and rooms cleaned and sheets etc replaced every day. The buffet breakfast was great: selection of indian nepali and western food meant there was plenty of choice for everyone. Just 50 meters from the main lakeside shopping and restaurant area means that though quiet, you are within easy walking of all the excitement in town. The staff are very helpful, friendly and just can't do enough for you. We will definitely be using this Hotel Splendid View again.

We booked royal suits and it is specious you will get the advantage of the terrace as these rooms are situated on the top floor. If the weather does not deprive you, you can observe the entire Annapurna range including Machhapuchhre, from your room. Rooms are quite large around 300 sq ft. Staffs are very nice helpful but we feel they are overburden due to shortage of workers. A small refrigerator was there but you have to carry the material to keep it full. We feel the shortage of proper charging point in the room. Washroom is nice but but nor properly maintained. Breakfast and other foods are quite good. Overall nice stay.

The stay started quite ok and we were given room # 414 but it seems they considered family as hostellers because there were three beds separated and then we changed to room # 419. The changed room was horrible as water was leaking from the floor itself and was stinking. Again changed to room #310 which was finally ok. The breakfast was with the stay but it was monotonous. Everyday it was quite the same. The menu is quite expensive. But above all the staff is good. The stay was kind of ok.

Really a nice situated Hotel just by the bank of Gauri ghat Lake, a place Worth to stay. A very nice and attractive place a roof top gives complete View of Himalayan range and also in the morning and evening hours cool breeze attracts a lot. A complete package of caring people from front office till all services. Breakfast Worth appreciable. Definitely Worth to recommend others.

Our stay was very comfortable, very good Hotel Splendid View at this price. All staff behaviour is very good and polite. Room is spacious and clean. 24 hours hot water is there. Himalaya mountain view from the balcony is amazing. Breakfast with limited options for vegetarians. Location is very good, it’s 1 minute from lakeside market. Overall very nice place at this price.

Visiting first time, good experience with variety of brake fast. Pleasant stay, nice location walking distance to famous few a Lake and market, good for family vacation overall nice experiance will recommend strongly for 3 star budget Hotel with value for money.

We had great stay with family for 2 days. Good hospitality, great location, good food. I don't see any reason not to recommend this place. You can definitely come here with family and friends to have a great holiday.

If you visit Pokhara I think this Hotel Splendid View is very good option as, 1. Prime location Phewa Lake is at walking distance 2. Price wise Worth every penny,as I booked for 2 days for 2 people with breakfast.

I Am so amazed by the hospitality they have provided at such a price. The property is good having big clean rooms. Location is supreme. I like this place and hospitality has made my stay so much pleasurable

Location, food and service wise Hotel Splendid View is the best choice for Pokhara location. I recommend to all to book this Hotel Splendid View for all purposes like solo, group of friends or with family.

Everything is ok but you never ask for bus or cab booking because they are agent and charged extra than bus depot, simply you go the bus station.

Right in the middle of City and near to all important tourist places in Kathmandu.

The location of this Hotel Splendid View is fabulous. The staff behavior is good as well as the service and the food was great.

Calm place, near Lake, good service and behavior

Everything was outstanding including staffs, location, breakfast, dinner. Felt like family. Great location just 15 steps away to phew a lake. Rooftop view of annapurna mountains and lake.

The location is perfect. Pokhara is a great place.

Overall Nice Place to Stay, Rooms were comfortable and Cozy specially three sharing, Location was also near the lake, staffs were Co operative, always ready to help.

It's close to gaurighat lakeside. So prime location. Food quality fantastic. Vary humble and cooperative management. Good to stay. I give 4. 5 stars out of 5.
