Very bad rooms, balcony sliding door wasn't working, broken cane furniture. No milk packet was provided with tea bags in the room

Hotel not recommended to stay all rooms were stinking. Wash room was without bathing taps food was not good when asked for food at 9’30 they told us that no food kitchen closed what kind of kitchen is that which closes at 9:30 that provide us a street food from bazar. Room door knobs were broken curtains were very dirty this hotel totally spoiled our trip movement. They don’t have even dressed staff

Hotel would promise mountain or lake view and has different room categories based on this and will charge accordingly. Don't fall for this. There is no such view from the hotel. Regarding the food, food is average. Offers limited options in breakfast buffet. We had to go outside for the breakfast. Room service is not good. You will have to call them multiple services for the same service. When we asked to send a bucket, they promised to deliver the service in 10 mins. While they didn't and when asked next day again, they said they don't have it. Only best part is accessibility to the Pokhra market. Market is 2 mins walking from the hotel. But there are multiple hotels in the market, you can get better options in the same price.

Amazing stay

Was there for 2 nights, property is in prime location hardly 2 min. Walking distance from lake side, very neat and clean, breakfast was amazing also staff there was very helpful and polite overall stay was wonderful. Will definitely visit again

Overall it’s good, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast was good, location is great. Staff response time can be reduced, may be it was just one time, but i had to wait long to sort out couple of issues.

The property was very bad, room was having bad odour, without air conditioner the bad odour was intense. There was a leakage in the bathroom. Foods were served in a very unhygienic way, food quality was very poor.

Stay at Da Yatra

Hotel is at a very good location. Staff liker Mr. Pranav Gurung at reception and captain Amit at restaurant have been helping smiling faces to us. I wish the bathroom could have a sliding door or some enclosed space to avoid water spillage during bathe. The breakfast should have more vegetarian variety. As drinking water was mentioned to be served by hotel. But Da yatra limited it to just 2 bottles per day. 29 was our checkout day, Even that day hotel denied to provide us any water.

The hotel is located very near to the Fewa Lake and walkable distance to restaurants, pubs, shops etc. Hotel is well maintained, room was spacious, wifi bit slow, breakfast option limited and there was momentary power failure one or two times due our stay, which was restored within a minute or so. Overall I would say value for money hotel.

Da Yatra Courtyard

Had a horrible experience at this place, the lights in the rooms weren't working, lights in the corridor to room were flickering, the TV were not working for issue with cable TV subscription for the hotel. When asked to fix the lights they said it can be done only the next day when their engineers arrive. Just imagine you stay there for one day and it will be fixed the next day. It is as good as not fixing during your stay. The descriptions says there are free shuttle and free airport transfers but they deny it initially and after insisting they would only give one-way airport transfer. Using credit card for payments would be charged extra. Also sole purpose of going to Pokhra was to have a Heli ride to Annapurna Base camp(ABC) the arrangement made by hotel was Pathetic initially were to be picked up at 8:45 for a 9.00 am Heli flight to ABC but every time it was told that driver is on the way and will reach soon etc, at 9:45 they say weather is bad and Heli rides are cancelled but upon verification with the actual agency which operates there, their version was different and the last flight which took off was at 11:00 am. Overall a bad experience with choosing this hotel and wasted a lot of time and money.
