not any service proper in this hotel. In this hotel management is very weak . but interior facilities .

There was very less staff available. Also, most of the amenities were not there. The intercom was not working.

Expectations vs reality

One of the worst in Pokhara

I have booked this hotel with high expectations as it was in the company assured list and was showing four stars in company but out of my surprise this hotel turned out to be a nightmare for us. We have literally changed three rooms in less than 12-18 hours after check in. So the first room, they allocated I guess is the last selling room of this hotel with hand shower not working, WC not get flushed out, the room for cannot be opened properly as it get stuck in the room carpet all the time, the room phone not working, the door of the room was with a plywood not even painted etc. After informing the front desk they shifted us to the next room, where the room will not support WiFi and again the telephone was not working, pathetic to start a new year. Later they again shifted us to other room completely in a different block which happened 6-8 hours before the checkout. That room was triple room when we booked for a double room. We both had to adjust in a small king size bed, WiFi was slower than the Indian railways free WiFi- Kudos to the Management on how they manage this property so well. After complaining to company the agent is telling me, we will give you a voucher for all these what we have experienced in our new year night. Terrible. I will not recommend this hotel for any humans in this world for ever. I don't want anyone else to get dumped like me. Thanks.
