Cockroaches in the room

I booked this hotel because of the location as it is the famous party neighbourhood of poblacion and in front of the filling station bar. But the room was horrible, there were multiple cockroaches in the room, the bed was uncomfortable, curtains were dirty and overall the room was stinky and dingy. Except location nothing is good about this hotel.

Location is good, not good for those in transit

We were charged a security deposit for 1 night stay. And they wanted only cash. It meant they forced us to withdraw money (pisos) just for the deposit at unfavorable rates which again had to be converted back to dollars on leaving next day. Not great for those in transit. And then they wasted our time next day while giving the security amount back saying a tea spoon was missing in the room. When we were getting late for flight. Wont recommend

The property is located centrally, however the hygiene in the room is below par. The hotel also doesn’t have their own facility for meals. They do have a restaurant but you need to book in advance to get a seat there. Not a very satisfying stay. If you can avoid, pols do.

Stay was good. Hotel is very safe to stay and very cleanly maintained. Covid protocols also maintained well

Location is good, there was limited food items in the restaurant

Hotel room was spacious and clean. Hotel's location is good, morning breakfast was limited in food items. Hotel staffs at reception was not so prompt and responsive.

Hotel is ok, but the area is not good. It is red light area

Outside of Hotel when you walk on the Road/street it is uncomfortable due to red light area. Receptionist are also not polite, not welcoming or giving respects to the guests.
