diksha.partnerOct 09, 2024 I thought the hotel was very good, I liked how clean it was and location was good, only 5 minute from the beach and the spot to see the sunsets too. Poolside it was really nice also, plenty of sunbeds. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast, not enough edible options I am afraid. Not up to the standard of a 4 star hotel. overall i would give the place 3.5 stars.
The Staff were helpful in resolving a request for a room change due to a sewer smell. The breakfast had an excellent variety. Close to the beach and board walk. Gym equipment is poor quality. The staff and proximity to the beach makes the stay worthwhile.

Free bottle of wine in the fridge upon arrival, free upgrade to a suite. 9€ with Uber to Albufeira, impressive breakfast incl. Live cooking and Cava. And a very helpful, polite and friendly staff.
satnam.partnerSep 10, 2024 First experience at the hotel and it did not disappoint even though we had an emergency during our stay which was no fault of the hotel, they went above and beyond to assist with all aspects of our stay! The food truck and internal restaurant was great alongside the high quality service for all staff members made the stay enjoyable. Poolside was nice touch to the hotel alongside spa and gym of high standards! Will be staying in the future for sure!

Where do I start.the hotel was amazing.it was spotless.the rooms were a great size and cleaned everyday. The food truck is a great spot by the pool.the best thing about this hotel are the staff. They are without doubt one of the friendliest most attentive staff i have ever met.they are without doubt the life and soul of the hotel and without them its just a normal hotel.cannot wait to return.

I had a very nice four night stay here as a solo traveller. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the pool is great with nice loungers and a decent bar shack for drinks and snacks. The site is generally attractive and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Tatiana was especially lovely. Breakfast was great with an excellent range of hot and cold options, pastries and breads, fruit, drinks, meats and cheeses, cereals and yoghurts. They also alternate between an omelette station and a pancake and waffle station for made to order things.
My reasons for eating is good instead of excellent are twofold. My room was ground floor and the patio overlooked the hotel entrance and car park - not a great view and not private so I didn’t use the outside area at all and had to keep my curtains closed the whole time which was a shame. I think the hotel should be transparent about these ground floor front facing rooms and perhaps offer a discounted rate. Secondly, the gym and spa were a little disappointing - I had a good quality massage at extra cost but the spa itself is very small with just a small sauna and steam room (no jacuzzi or indoor pool) and the noise from the spa disrupts the massage room. The gym is tiny and some machinery is in need of maintenance - the multi use resistance machine is broken and the only bike has a dodgy seat. There is only this plus one treadmill and one cross trainer. Given the hotel is called a ‘hotel and spa’ I think I expected more.
michael.family_with_childrenJul 15, 2024 We visited Regency Salgados in 2021, not long after lockdown restrictions lifted. We enjoyed our time there so much, we wanted to go back. While a lot busier than on our first stay, we were pleased to see that they'd maintained the same high level of quality. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, the rooms to a very good standard. The staff are all helpful and good-natured -- we wanted to thank Bruno, Sandra and Joanna on the front desk and Califa, Andre, Wiv, Edna and Roberto in the restaurant, all of whom were so friendly and attentive. The food is excellent -- the a la carte dinners especially -- and our daughter was a huge fan of the chips and crepes from the food truck by the pool!
The area is nice and quiet -- there are some excellent local restaurants and two good small supermarkets, and the beach is very close to the hotel. It's only 10 minutes by Uber to the local shopping mall. The airport at Faro is 40 mins by car.
We'll be back for a third stay, for sure.
The front desk staff (Carla and Bruno) are gracious and helpful. They clearly try their best to help the hotel's guests.

Our 2nd visit to this hotel - it is situated within 5 minutes walk of the beach and 6-7 minutes to the supermarket. Staff are friendly and attentive, suits our needs and we will return
