Fabulous Hotel in Central Lisbon
Fabulous hotel in central Lisbon. So welcoming, from the first minute til the final goodbye. Breakfast was great ,served in their beautiful breakfast room,great service. Tea and coffee and delicious sweetes served in the the room during the day. Great location, right next to 2 elevators that made access to the nearby streets easier. Lisbon is built on hills, so many steps, uphills and downhills. A beautiful city, can’t recommend enough and this great hotel. Wonderful stay in Memoria Lisbon
We loved this hotel. Wonderful location. Beautiful interior. Excellent breakfast.
We can't say enough about the staff. Each and every one of them were pleasant, knowledgeable and sincerely interested in ensuring a pleasant stay. Carolina was particularly amazing.

However, I did notice that some of the facilities could use better maintenance. For example, the overhead shower head in my room was broken, and the bathroom's airflow could be improved.
The hotel’s location is fantastic, with easy access to Alfama and Baixa, and it's ideal if you want to be close to the heart of Lisbon. That said, keep in mind that the street leading to the hotel is quite steep. If you're not a fan of walking up and down hills, this could be a consideration.

Beautifully restored 18th century classic building with very comfortable modern room amenities-including top notch bathroom and shower. Excellent breakfast in the dining area and sitting room-the fireplace is gorgeous. The 24 hour coffee/tea accessibility and snacks is a nice touch. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend for a return!
It’s a great hotel with great employees but they charged the wrong credit card and now they say they can’t reverse it… this should be a simple procedure… and now I have two charges…
Fantastic location. Small and clean hotel with very friendly staff. Good breakfast and relatively quiet for the heart of Lisbon. I can only recommend this hotel.

All the staff (mainly young) were amazing - friendly & helpful.
Good buffet breakfast. Having 24 hour access to coffee & cake in the restful lounge was a real bonus too.

Nice hotel but beware the noise
Hotel was in a good location, check-in was a smooth process. The room was a bit small.but good size bathroom and functional. Good value for the price. All day coffee, snacks, and included breakfast is nice. Only thing that was rough and to be aware of, we were on the first floor street side of the building and the noise was incredible. I usually can sleep through a lot but it was very disruptive.
