    Good and spacious room provided. No kettle was available in room other amenities was fine. Could have placed additional water in room.

    For starters the check in was quite easy and hassle free. Staff was pleasant and welcoming. The room itself was clean but there were no basic amenities. Had to ask for towels and water couple of times. Still wasn't delivered. Ac was inoperative and was not fixed even after repeated requests. That made our stay unpleasant especially in this weather.
