room overbooked but arranged finally
The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful at all times.
Not even worth the £22 we paid...
Opening the door and finding dead bugs in the porch way probably didn't set the best impression, but to find large cockroaches inside the room, was also pretty off-putting! The room is not as described in the pictures - the whole place is basically a hostel by the hotel. (I've stayed in many hostels, with a far warmer and cleaner vibe though!) Won't be back - pay the extra money and stay in Belgrade - which is what we ended up doing!

Hotel is near to the airport but no amenities is been provided.
They are not apartment hotel.
In Hotels.com page claim they had microwave and kitchen. But actually its nothing over there.
Try to communicate with the hotels staff ,but they said its wrong information in hotels.com ?

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room wasn't bad at all, it was actually well equipped for the price I paid. The downside is this smell that seems to be coming from the pipes and I can't tell if it's a sewage or chemical smell, but it was enough to make it very difficult to sleep.
Additionally, I had a difficult time trying to contact the hotel manager before I arrived to set up transportation. This led to a $17 taxi ride (for around 2 miles). The transport back to the airport in the morning was great.
There are other options at chain hotels for a small amount more and slightly further from the airport than this place. If I'm ever in Belgrade overnight for a layover, I will probably try one of these other spots.
verified t.selfJan 06, 2020 Belgrade Rest Apartments was the perfect hotel for my evening/overnight layover. Excellent value and convenient location regarding the airport. A bit isolated and far from old city sites but I did manage to take the bus over the River for dinner and site-seeing. In the morning I had an easy airport transfer arranged by the hotel, $10. Great option for travelers, especially those with early morning departures!

When i arrived, my room smelled like someone smoked cigarette and the elderly lady tried to cover up with a lot of air freshener, the bed sheets had hair on them so it tells you that they didn't change the sheets, the bathroom wasn't cleaned enough and the toilet on my last day stinks so much like a sewage system was full so you can imagine how horrible that smell was and i couldn't raise my concerns due to the elderly lady was not able to speak English. What's the point of putting a receptionist that cant help you due to language barrier?I had to cancel my upcoming stay at the same place. Such a horrible experience.
aleksandra.partnerDec 08, 2019 We enjoyed our one night stay here! Apartment is very big, clean and very close to the airport. TV worked well, as did the internet. Only down side was that the ad indicates there is Netflix, however receptionist told us there isn’t (not a big deal, but just a note to maybe update the apartment info). Shuttle was a bit pricy to & from airport (3km away) however we needed it, and it was on time for both directions. All in all, great place to stay for an overnight layover. :)

at hotel close to airport
Everything was great. Close to airport, driver waiting for me at the airport, room was clean, some stores and restaurants nearby. I just had an overnight at the airport with a very early flight. My only surprise was that the shuttle service was not free and I didn't see the normal "surcharge" in the listing.
verified t.selfNov 10, 2019 Good: Receptionist was efficient, helpful & friendly, my airport transfer went smoothly. They were fine with my request to check out a little late. Beds were comfy. WIFI a little slow but solid. Shower water temp was great. Aircon worked well. Building was new and generally clean. Convenient for takeaway/grill, cafes, supermarkets, currency exchange and bakery.
Not good: Floor was dusty and needed to be properly swept and mopped. Toilet lid had a paper strip saying something like "cleaned and disinfected for you" but the paper strip itself was stained and there was a hair on the toilet seat. The toilet looked like it had not been cleaned maybe because the previous occupant had not made it very dirty. There was a plastic bottle of some drink left by a previous occupant in the fridge. There were no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom.
Quirks: If you arrive late at night it is difficult to see the yellow "Airport Rest Apartments" sign on the main road because the road is poorly lit. The shower head clip was only about 1m from the floor so I had to hold the shower head the whole time while taking a shower. There were unconnected PVC pipes sticking out of the floor in the bedroom and bathroom - looks like they decided not to install wall radiators but left the pipes there.
I had booked a "Deluxe Triple Room" but there were only 2 beds in my room (no sofabed) and it looked smaller than the website photo. I was by myself so it wasn't a big deal.
