Room was small but had all the facilities. The restaurant served good italian food. Good service and ambience. Receptionist was very friendly and helped with arranging everything.

It is a great resort considering the location. The support from staff is good. However there were issues relating to wifi and food. Veg food options are very less.

Berjaya Praslin hotel is one of the best resort in Praslin, Seychelles. The hotel staff is very attentive and the quality of services are at it best. Also, it's location on beach front will provide you the evening scenic beauty.

The resort said be avoided as they don't care about their guests. The restaurant was closed due to some wedding during our stay. No lunch. There is no room service. I asked for a bottle opener and was told rudely to take it from the restaurant. Breakfast is terrible. Overpriced resort. Any self catering will be better and cheaper than Berjaya. I give zero stars to this place. Spoiled our holiday.

Beautiful location but worn out property

Hotel's location is very convenient. It has supermarkets nearby. However, hotel is not well maintained. Our room's tub was very worn out. We had an infant with us and they have a play area for kids. The variety of dishes in breakfast and dinner buffet were limited. I would suggest not opting for half board option if you are a vegetarian.

Very good place to stay. Deluxe room are quite spacious. Breakfast buffet is average. WiFi works only at reception area. Its a beach resort, hence evening stroll to beach is quite awesome experience. Overall a good stay.

Excellent location but needs improvement in service

The location of the resort is excellent as it is right next to Anse Volbert beach. It has a picturesque view. We stayed here for 5 nights. Honestly, we didn't spend much time at the resort as most of the time we were either at the beach or exploring other nearby Islands. Of the time we spent at the resort, first thing that strikes you are the clueless receptionists! Ask them anything regarding Praslin and they seem to have no knowledge. They always look confuse. On service front, they had paid Wi-Fi. I am still fine with it. They offered three option where you could choose 24 hours or 72 hours or 14 days Wi-Fi service. But mysteriously only 14 days service was available to buy while the rest two were unavailable!! We didn't face any other issues here. I wish they work a bit on feedback since I really loved the location of the place.

Old building and very bad maintenance

Please take off this property from your list it is one of the worst hotels, no room services. Rooms are badly maintained with many cockroaches. Housekeeping is very poor. Receptionists are old grandma's without any knowledge. Old building and very bad maintenance.

Average service and OK rooms

The rooms are ok, not that great. Hotel rooms are not as good, as they showed on the internet, hence we were disappointed. The first day we had issues with the AC not working properly and issues with the WC. Even though they resolved the problem the same day issues persisted which we resolved it ourselves.

Location of hotel is awesome, one of the best beaches in Praslin. Also, there is a grocery store nearby for daily needs. We booked deluxe rooms & these were spacious & well maintained. Hotel staff is helpful. On negative side there is no room service.
