We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon for 5 days and the stay was very comfortable. The rooms are a bit small but the staff goes out of their way in terms of taking care of their guests and the rooms and Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon are very clean. The breakfast food was good too with menu changing everyday and at-least one or two items for vegetarian people as well. The location of the Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon is also extremely convenient with lavender mart and jalan besar mart (train station just 800 meters away from the Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon) and even the mustafa centre is 600 meters away so u can buy anything u want at great process. Even little india mart is 1km away so you do not need to worry about transport at all. Also since we are vegetarians so we used to often get parcel veg food in terms of dinner from little india and the Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon staff would without any hesitation provide us with plates and spoons on request. The best thing about this Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon is even though it is classified as a e star Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon i felt their services were better than many 4 star and 5 star Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon. If u are an indian this is a great place to stay as i noticed many indian ppl were staying here so u feel very comfortable here

Location of the Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon is excellent as it is 7. 8 mins from little india. Being vegetarian this was very important as little india has many food options. Staff of the Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon was very polite, very helpful. Breakfast is okish for vegetarians as 1. 2 options for breakfast accompanied with fruits, fresh juice, bread, oatmeal, curd, tea. Also they don't have kitchen where u ll get lunch or dinner. They only have precooked food. We used to order our food from a app called grab. Rooms cleanliness is upto the mark. Room size is average. Staff is very cooperative. They allowed us to keep our bags on the check out date for 4. 5 hrs. So overall Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon is good. But can have more food options. Hotel serves breakfast with limited vegetarian options. And for lunch and dinner they only have precooked options available. So when tired we used to use app called grab. Ckeanliness was upto the mark. Room size is average. So overall stay experience was good.

A nice property, the rooms are pretty functional and the location is great. Got a bus stop right outside the Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon and walking distance from mart stations. The property is very clean and so are the rooms, including the washroom. The breakfast spread was very good as well on all the days. The service is excellent and would like to give a shout out to all of the following for going all out to make the stay special - kim peng jean low zheng yong candy fatin at the front desk everyone else on the staff a big thank you to all for making the experience memorable. Would love to visit again. And would definitely recommend the property to anyone coming to singapore

The Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon is conveniently located with a very responsive and helpful staff. Although the standard rooms are not very big, but they are very clean and maintained. It would have been wonderful if the rooms also had one cupboard. Breakfast is good and water bottles are complimentary from the Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon. The Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon also provides you with an iron/press on demand. Farrer park mrt and city square mall are just 5 minutes walk from the Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon. Lot many restaurants and eateries around. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

I do not have any negative point about this Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon. Really amazing Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon and really clean and service they provide really up to the mark. Room size is also good as compared with other Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoons. Good value of money and really perfect place to stay over there. The staff is what makes the place welcoming. A special shout out to ashwenee, karthik and km peng(she works only on weekend. They have been extremely helpful and made our stay a comfortable one. The rooms sizes are somewhat deceptive on mm t and are smaller but we managed. Amenities are there but if something missing can be asked for. Most of the room services are self service where you need to go to the reception to pick anything up including food. We stayed here for 5 days and we loved the accessibility to transport and some good places to hang around. A definite recommendation to others.

Hotel is in excellent location very near to all place by bus and mrt. Breakfast is excellent at least one indian dish. Front office staff are good. I requested a late check out it was agreed in spite of Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon being g full. Front office staff ms ivy and ms fatim and housekeeping ms ut are excellent and o deeply appreciate their customer service. I recommend this Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon to any traveller to singapore. I will definitely stay in this Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon when i am in singapore next time

Very cooperative staff. We arrived 5 hours earlier at the Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon. They kept our luggage and provided access to washroom. And provided the room 2 hours before. Very well maintained rooms. Breakfast had lots of variety both veg. And non-veg. . We booked 4 rooms. And enjoyed our 3 days stay at the Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon. Little india is very close. Walking distance. Lots of variety of food and all other necessary ( money changer ) things are available. 2 mtr station are also very close by. Walking distance only.

Stayed in this Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon for 5 nights. It’s just amazing. It is 10 mins walk from Jalan Besar MRT and Aft Allenby bus stop is right infront. Usually I took bus while starting from the Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon and while returning I took MRT. The rooms(Queen size room) are of decent size and bed was super comfy. Staff is very friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good. The items are rotated everyday. My ❤️goes to the variety of Bao they serve everyday.

The Holiday Inn Express Singapore Serangoon is good and much accessible to the bus and the train stations. Inf-act is just a few steps from the bus stop. Indians would love it because of the fact it being in little india and the food options specifically the vegetarian ones. We had an early morning flight and the staff were so courteous to get us a packed breakfast which was well thought through. They also called the cab and assured any assistance required. Overall, it was a good experience

I stayed at holiday inn for a day. The check in process was easy, staff was very helpful. Hotel is at good location with few attractions like city mall and mustafa street at 5 mins walking distance. The room was small (ideal for 1 person) but comfortable with all basic amenities. I had a flight at night so they pushed my checkout happily by 2 hours at my request. This was much appreciated as it gave me 2 additional hours. Breakfast spread was good n extended till 10:30

Hotel stay was comfortable and had a great time for having meetings as they have nice meeting rooms.

We have found holiday inn express serangoon a very clean and well managed property. Rooms are neither too short or too big. Breakfast served in the morning includes a few vegetarian dishes. Breakfast spread is not lavish but sufficient enough to start the day.

Wonderful stay, lovely room, for families would recommend opting for family room which is spacious and comfortable. Full marks for cleanliness. Breakfast was good with veg options as well

This is very well located in the heart of Singapore. Proximity for Indian food ( North Indian, South Indian, Pure Vegetarian, Jain ) is with full of Options. Temples are galore, shopping malls options of street hoping. Metro access to all areas. The Holiday Inn Express is clean and spic, great place for all kinds of Tourists. Breakfast is great 👍 There is a good Park around and the City Square Mall is options for shoppers.
