The overall stay was average - there were stains on the bedsheet, when asked for cutlery in the room they shared flimsy plastic plates and charged heavily for it. The breakfast was average and most items were stocked out during later hours of breakfast. Housekeeping at breakfast area was average. The location is on the backside of the main commercial street so not convenient for shopping but it’s right opposite the metro station so convenient for taking public transport. Reception staff was courteous but room housekeeping staff was curt. Overall pretty average experience for the high price paid.

Good hotel with nice surrounding near mart station. Hotel staff was also very accommodative. However they should provide empty crockery (like plate/spoon to hotel guests)

Nicely located with an adjacent mall and beach side just right infront of the hotel. The check in was not smooth with a harsh undertone to discourage early check ins though lot of rooms were available. Maybe the financial consideration over weigh the service considerations. Room size is good and breakfast is so so. Busy hotel, though with pretty decent staff behavior. Average or maybe just better than average experience.

Very nice and comfortable stay at the hotel. Best room size in singapore comparative to other hotels. Very cooperative hotel staff. Location is also superb, very near to beach, east coast park. Metro & bus connectivity just opposite to hotel in walking distance. Indian vegetarian food places are also very nearby. Good roadside bars and restaurants are also very near. Overall a very nice experience.

Value for money rooms are quite big highly for working professional

Superb location! extremely recommended for its convenience and charm. The extra time allowed for a late check-out was a thoughtful touch that added to the overall positive experience of my stay. The accommodations were comfortable and the service was top-notch. A wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations. I would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in a great location.

It was pleasant stay for me. The room is very spacious and cleaned. The staffs at restaurant were treated very well. The breakfast spread was good. Overall i am happy about this hotel service.

The stay was good. I would recommend it to all budget travelers who want enjoy little bit of luxury as well. View from our room was very also very good. Overall good experience.

Good rooms, good ambience, good pool, good drinking water facility. But seems customer service is lacking. Being travel-ling with kid i asked for yogurt at room service and they denied uprightly in-spite being ready for charged. During breakfast i asked for banana instead oranges and they had detailed discussion for just 1 banana. So staff at restaurant were not very courteous. So hotel need to focus on customer needy as well instead either way. Last breakfast should have some good vegetarian options as well being. Very limited veg options.

The hotel room was clean and hygienic. There's a construction going on currently in front of the hotel but it'll not effect you much. I didn't taste the menu as i'm a vegan so there's nothing to much for me to explore there. They don't give you bottled water you have to drink it from the tap, if that's not okay for you've to carry your water.

Excellent location with fantastic service. Buffet breakfast had lot of varieties. Experience if swimming pool was good
