Stay was comfortable and ambiance was alao very good. The only problem we faced was with hindu vegetarian breakfast menu. We found it very difficult to search out the items, there were hardly 3 items to eat as cooked items, other than fruits and bread.

The hotel was clean, the breakfast spread was good. Mmt should inform us about the refundable deposit before the booking, we were surprised to know about that while checking in. We didn't feel welcome at all. The staff was pretty stiff and cold towards us. We also felt a bit discriminated against on a few occasions because of the color of our skin. They deliberately gave us a bad table for breakfast everyday, we had to ask for a better table, they used to deny it. Nobody used to check on us for tea/coffee even after calling them several times. Just like these there were several other small occasions. We were the only indians in that hotel, being a 5 star hotel it wasn't up to the mark at all.

Good experience.. but when they charge so much they must provide proper drinking water bottles ...staff is very co operative .

Good location. Rooms were comfortable except the the bath tub. It’s too deep and hard to enter and exit.

Good location and connectivity to mtr station and bus stops. Central to high end luxury shopping area. Good room size. Extra bed for child is at sgd120. Excellent breakfast buffet spread
