    Pathetic, zero hospitality

    Avoid in any case. Rude behaviour by receptionist. First 2 days no room cleaning and thereafter you need to inform before 11 am. In the name of room cleaning they just change towels. Improper description about room sizes. For triple deluxe room size was mentioned about 200+ sq ft and actually was 120 sq ft. No phone in the room. Heavy room charges and no hospitality. Staff behaves like they are doing favour by giving you room. Can't check in even 1 min before 3 pm if you lose your room key 50 sgd fine.
