Amazing room

The room was amazing and I got a free upgrade the only catch was they don't have bell boy service. The hotel was amazing and I got suite room which was amazing.

Very good stay except food

Had difficulty with food as I am vegetarian. Had lots of varieties of Chinese and sea foods. But unpalatable for me.

Nice Clean hotel with beautiful view.
15 mins walk to the Bugis MRT.
Ease of booking Radio taxi from hotel with Discount. SentosaIsland, Marina Bay, Little India all in close proximity.
Overall great stay!

Very nice hotel but small rooms good service. Good value for money friendly staff. Nice view from the rooms close to metro station very quite place very relaxing will recommend and stay again very happy

Great location, Outram MRT station is just 1 km walk. Hotel also has shuttle running to and from Outram MRT station every 20 minutes. Also it is located beside a hill park which gives it a resort like feel. Park has good option to jog and sit leisurely. Staff was helpful. We did not have any food here as were but it had a small restaurant which seemed decent. Overall, great value for money.

Value for Money, but food is very expensive. Very limited TV channels to entertain your self. Location is some how far from China Town, so you need to walk at least 20 to 25 minutes to get food or shopping. Very limited access to WiFi, it gets disconnect very often.

Space is big constraint for me.. Very small room but good and neat. I booked it through my travel agent so it is probably the best for money. It is located in the best pace reachable to all the events.

Overall, the hotel did not live up to expectation. Unclean bathroom. Corridor noise was loud from inside room. Front desk generally unhelpful. Breakfast was poor. Overrated hotel - should be a 2 star at best. Mostly walked to the nearby subway station. The free shuttle service was mostly unreliable.
