The place is near the metro station by walk. But our experience was not so good. We arrived early in the morning around 8 am and we requested the staff to please let us use any room to just change our clothes but they absolutely denied saying it's against the hotel policy (even when the room was available. What is the use of such a policy which cannot benefit the customer and their convenience. Ibis should consider such requests based on the availability.

Split small beds, very very small room. Breakfast is okay. No wardrobe. If you are looking for just nights to bump into then it is fine. Not ideal for family stay

Horrible experience. Bad buffet spread. Not only very limited choice in the breakfast but there's no display on the dishes. Vegetarian will not know what to eat.

The hotel is not at all worth to spend the money, room size are so small that if two people enter the room, they won't even be able to move slightly. Rooms were not even clean.

The hotel covers all bases for a traveller. It is located close to lavender mart station and associated bus stop, department stores like 7eleven and fair price, and eateries like mcdonalds, burger king and subway. Popular indian tourist hub little india is 20 mins away and marina bay is 40 mins away by walking.

The hotel is close to lavender and Bendmeer metro station 5 minutes walk. Fair price and couple of local eateries are there. Very hygienic and clean hotel. Deluxe double room is just sufficient for a double cot and dresser. Overall stay was pleasant. I would recommend for friends.

We had to stay at this hotel for 2 nights due to some reason and it was a big mistake. The check in time was given 2 pm however upon check-in it was mentioned to be 3 pm. So we had to wait. There was no empathy or urgency shown. The rooms were too small without any window. The breakfast was average. The services could have been better.

Great hotel. Good staff. Excellent location also have swimming pool. Near to mrt station. Supportive staff. Overall, excellent experience. Good entrance as well provides electric equipment like dryer etc.

Staff is rude and secondly MMT says you will get free Wi-Fi but the hotel says you have to pay for that too, there are so many thing which will be promised to you as free however once you reach the place nothing is free example like Wi-Fi etc... There are some good food joints near the Lavender MRT, however if you are a Indian and can't survive without Roti, Subji, Rice you have to walk a lot to get that or you have to change the like 2 lines just to get Indian food.

The hotel can be considered for short stays

One thing that is very good about the hotel is its location, 2-minutes walking distance from the Lavender mrt. There are food courts and shops available nearby. The only problem is the size of the rooms which are pretty small, plus there is insufficient ventilation in many of the rooms which makes it difficult if you plan to remain in the room for long hours.

Decent budget hotel. The restaurant and cafe staff is really rude and careless. Not welcoming at all. Otherwise rooms are with all basic amenities and reception was helpful. Location a definite plus due to proximity to MRT. Can improve on breakfast and restaurant staff.

Average hotel. Room and bathroom was very small. Veg breakfast was nice. Location was not very convenient for Indian vegetarians like us. We had to hunt for vegetarian fare elsewhere. An average stay overall.

The rooms are too small. There is no mini bar in the room so one has to be prepared for the stuffs required at night, i.e water to alcohol. There is no 24 by 7 restaurant so one has to go out or order something from outside. The only thing that is good is the staff which is really co-operative. The breakfast is limited which is a concern again. Overall not satisfied.
