Location: very close to the main tourist attractions. 5 mins from the mart (metro) station and 1 min from the bus-stop. Many shops and restaurants near by. Cleanliness: topnotch. They maintain it very well. Staff: very courteous and helpful.

It was a good stay at hotel rest bugis staff and cleanliness was good access to the city specially shopping market was good there staff guided for the local transportation etc.

I had booked a deluxe room with queen bed, but on the day of check in the receptionist gave me a basic room in the basement with no window. I could not do nothing but go to the room. The night shift receptionist was also terribly. I would never book this hotel and would never recommend to anyone.

All over experience superb. Location very near to Bugis market. Cleaning work too impressive. Only one think they are care for vegetarian client. They only served bread and ham. Next time surely book this Hotel but with out breakfast package.

Great hotel for couple, family, friends and solo. Beautiful area and near MRT, bus stop, market and 7/11. Hotel staff is very helpful and cooperative. I recommend to that hotel because it's in a center of Bugis.

First and foremost is about the location of the hotel. Hardly 500 meters away from Bugis MRT station. Two bus stops at both sides of the hotel. So travelling from the hotel and back is quite easy. On this price range, Santa grand provide all the amenities without any hassle. Staffs were very helpful and pleasing. Restaurants and departmental stores are very close to the hotel. I recommend this hotel for stay at Singapore. Great place to stay at an economic price range. Staffs were very polite and helpful.
