Location was excellent and stay was fine. Staff was good esp ranjit n punjabi guy. Dnt support us for luggage transport at all.

Amenities were the worst tv channel were not working yet all and bathroom was not at all good no wardrobe key or hanger and receptionist was very rood we didn't like yet all

The hotel is very near to hanefa, mustafa and other shoppping places. This is little india. Nearer to mrt rocher and little india. Lot of yrmples were nearby. Vishnu, veeramagali amman and others.

Location of the hotel is good. Indian food is available and near to little india metro Station. Small size room. Main issue with this hotel is with the service. I stayed here for 4 nights and they didn’t change bed roll, Pillow covers and bath towels. I requested to the receptionist and house keeping but they ignored. After check out I called to pick up the my bags unfortunately no one comes. I They took 100 dollar as a deposit amount before check in but after check out they try to cut some money just because bedsheet not clean. After arguing with them they gave deposit back.

Pathetic rooms pigeon holes are better they charge a bomb they ask for a deposit of $ 100 towels are untidy and zero value for the money. Dont ever make a mistake to stay in this place.

Average hotel ! no tea & milk sachet was available in the room. Bed tea was not available at the hotel. Otherwise hotel was neat and clean.

Unhygienic and very dirty rooms. The linen and bath towels provided were used and they say they don’t change for 3days as per hotel policy, as told to me. I would never recommend to anybody ever for this hotel.

Hostile behavior

When i reached the hotel, the staff communicated the policy so rude way. They dont have anyone at the desk early hours and i was standing almost kind 1 hour before someone opened. After he explained policy for early check in, he just asked to go out and come only at 8. 30. I think that was really bad and the lady later did said sorry but it dint seem like they mean it and feel i was simply complaining.
