Very nice hotel for family with younger kids. Plenty of amenities to keep them engaged. Courteous staff. Limited indian vegetarian options.

We stayed here for 4 nights. It's a lovely super hygienic hotel close to orchard road, which is great for shopping! great breakfast and hospitable staff!

We had a great stay for 4 nights at shangri-la. Extensive property and we got a great room in the valley wing. The guest services was prompt with any requests we had. Short walk from orchard road. Excellent location to explore the city and shopping.

3 days in Singapore

We were a couple travelling for 2 nights and 3 days in Singapore. The tower wing we stayed at was newly renovated and the room was decent sized for Singapore standards and had all the amenities possible. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We requested for a late check-out and the hotel was happy to oblige. Had a great time. Would definitely stay here again.

Room, lobby and pool is excellent. Garden is fantastic. But buffet lunch and dinner is expensive. In room dining is much more value for money. Staff are courteous. Since it is a 5 star facility anything required is easily available. A very value for money stay.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy Singapore. All hotel employees are very courteous, helpful and patient. Ambience, greenery, swimming pool and other amenities are too good. Very near Orchard Street and other shopping malls. Worth the money spent.

We arrived at 9 and most hotels have an Early Check-In option. They were not able to accommodate us and told us to come back around 12:30/1 PM. We went out, had lunch and arrived at dot 1 PM. Again the same reply was given, no rooms available till 3 PM. Finally when I fought, and didn't take anything in consideration they finally gave us two rooms. Then the problem came up about the incidentals.
