Very very bad experience ill never book again. Bhaiyo koi bhi book mat kerna is ghatiya hotel pure singapore main nahi hai agar aap hotel room book kerte ho to hostel de dete hai or extra paise mangte hai bohut ghatiya hotel hai bhai

good hotel in litel india but common bathrooms for hostel room that is the problem for me otherwise good and also makemytrip app very comfortable for me out of station room booking very easy to me nice 👍

rooms were given 50 min late .. had to wait till then. room had only bed space … with sliding door .. common washroom for everyone .. which was maintained very bad and smell

First staff sitting at front, they are very rude and don't know how to be with customers. I asked for a room upgrade as the one allotted was hostel, but they were charging additional $500 for this which was even higher than original price of that room. The front desk lady was so arrogant and was not at all cooperative.

Very nice property. Only 1 suggestion to install wall fan in all rooms to avoid ac all time it helps u to reduce your electricity usage bill also.

Even the aeroplane toilets are bigger than the room toilet. Wash basin was kept near the bed room was very very very small. The whole mood pf the vacation was gone once i entered the room

I didn't see such worst booking in my life, whether booking time it show great madras hotel after booked and paid the amount i received conformation. I saw it was hostel not hotel, when i asked great madras hotel, they say your booking like this, i asked some people they are also facing same problem, so that i didn't stay in this hotel and i am not getting my refund also because it was non refundable term, iwhen i apporch customer care i am not get proper feedback.

Location of the hotel is ok but the room's are worst i have been traveling all around the glob but never had stayed in such kind of hotel an d on top of that they will ask you 100$ for the deposit incase of any damage. If u don't stress yourself than avoid staying here.

Very bad experience, even after asking for cleaning, they didn't clean the room on the same day, they told our staff was too busy, i told ok do tomorrow, not even next day and not even there after, no water bottles given. I have to go down and ask for water even.

Very rude behavior of the recipiention girl. Non co-operative, i checked in morning 0545 am, no body was at the reception, i have to wait for 35 minutes at the reception, all staff were sleeping

We are not happy with the room size. We are choose 2 rooms with high prize but we could t find any good thing on that price and they will never clean our room propery never change bed sheet and even towels too. Every time we have to request to clean our room change bed sheet and towels but they did not do anything for their clients we are not happy never recommend anyone for this hotel very disappointed from their receptionist itself. I dont have pictures

The hotel was average but the location was amazing. It was close to all the attractions and mart stations, bus stops were also nearby. So overall experience was good.

1. Hotel is near to dance bar area, too much noise in night 2. Hotel staff not co operative. Also not at all active 3. Room cleaning not provided on day today basis 4. Room size very small 5. Rooms dont have door mat 6. We asked for extra pillo for baby but staff reduced in short this property is not worthy to pay. This will spoil e your holiday

A seedy hotel with no connection between its profile pics and actual reality. Unfit for family stay. No lock arrangements and tiny space. Shocked to see conditions but stayed just for few hours in night. Not to be called as hotel. Not even 10% of worth of amount they charged. Fit for one night standers with.

I stayed here with my family and i must say this was the worst stay of my life. The rooms are tiny, staff is rude. We lost one of our room card keys and they charged 50 sgd for that. Better you go to hotel boss for the same price.

Clean and neat room and bathroom. It is near to indian restaurant and metro station. Staffs are very friendly. Highly recommend.
