    It was a comfortable stay in the heart of cape town. The hotel itself is average. Food is basic. But all in all it was a clean and fuss free stay.

    We had booked 8 rooms & 16 pax, we got only 6 rooms. They didn’t give room @ 11 am saying too early, 2 pm saying rooms aren’t ready! @ 7 pm they took 1 hour to give 6 rooms & 2 room @ 10. 37 pm. After requesting front desk they didn’t listen & they didn’t take any actions. My family with children were waiting at reception for soo long. It was the horrible experience.

    This property is located at the City center and easily accessible to all means of transportation. Many places can be covered on foot. This area seems safe and the staff is very helpful.
