Good hotel good food happy to stay there again
Booked a room with a king bed. Received a room with two single beds. Also paid for breakfast for one person but wasn’t showing on the hotel’s system.

All good. Except my key cards had to be updated twice as they stopped working.
This hotel is in a student location with loud music surrounding at night; and could get very noisy; there was a lot of shouting and banging of doors on the corridor in the floor level I was staying at about 3am-5am. The pool in the facility is also very small, not one you’ll be able to swim; no breakfast is provided at the listed Expedia price. There is no commensurate value for Money, as facility is relatively expensive with low value in return.
Well positioned and comfortable. The gym needs a bit of an upgrade: too small, no aircon and half the equipment out of order. The location of the hotel is great , but the hotel needs a bit of an upgrade.
It was a good stay. The only problem I experienced was the noise from other hotel guests.
The rank of air conditioners outside our room were nousy

Room was old but clean. It was, however, grossly overpriced for such poor quality accommodation. I would not stay there again.
Hotel is old and needs attention to linen and interior. Rooms smell. Water pressure low!

I was allocated a room without source of natural ventilation, I told the receptionist but said that’s the only room available.

It was very peaceful and enjoyable
totally impressed by the hotel itself and the staff and friendliness, the parking was a challenge due to having a larger vehicle and being central Hatfield it is rather noisy early in the morning but otherwise a definite hotel worth staying at and recommending to others
The room was clean and the kitchen turned out superior food and ala carte dishes.
