Ramada is one of the best hotel i have ever stayed in songdo i enjoy every moment, pay visit to lord buddha temple which is located near by.

The hotel was very clean, the continental buffet was very good, although the shutle service is limited, the hotel arrange for a cab. There are many restaurants near the hotel in case of any requirement of meal. The rooms are good and Clean. The daily service is good.

Reasonable place in case you want to be at songdo .. Good and convenient location. Staff is very helpful and will definitely make you comfortable. This was specifically needed as was a foreigner and cannot speak the local language.

Worst customer service

In website they mentioned free Airport shuttle but after reaching Airport I was trying to contact them, they did not answer and did not send vehicle for pick up. After an hour of waiting, I arranged personal taxi to reach hotel. After reaching hotel I asked them about that they simply replied that no driver.
