    The website mentioned about swimming pool and sport facility but there was none, poor service overall

    The hotel is good but it has some senseless design. The bathroom is without a door. The room service is disgusting. Once you are served food in your room the room service guy came to collect the tray after 48 hours! This happened twice with us. The receptionist was noncooperative. However, the airport drop facility was very good.
