    Language issue, restaurant shuts early, crew not very knowledgeable

    Our flight got delayed, and on top of it, the hotel shuttle got delayed further. Time we arrived, the restaurant at the hotel was shut. The crew could not guide us for alternate options to source food (and it wasn't very late, it was like 11 pm). After checking in we wandered in a taxi helplessly looking for food and returned back empty stomach at 01:30 am only to find out that there was Dominos few blocks away which is open till 01 am. The hotel crew did not tell us this even when we told them we were starving since morning (actually they had very little knowledge of restaurants around).

    Disappointing

    It was an ordinary hotel. Why it was a disappointment was for 2 reasons . 1st it was not 4 star as it claims. Basic amenities like kettle, coffer&tea sachet, glasses etc were missing in the room; something that one would reasonably expect in 4 star hotel. Second reason is that the hotel is not safe . We returned to our room to find our bag zip open and things moved. Thankfully we didn’t find anything missing but when we tried to bring this to hotels notice , they were least bothered . The only good thing about the hotel was it’s shuttle service to airport but then every other hotel in the area offers one.
