Excellent hotel - lovely, helpful staff, incredibly clean and wonderful breakfast. Really well located in the heart of the old town. Would definitely recommend to friends and family visiting Palma.
Hotel staff whether at front desk or in breakfast area were very helpful at all times. The hotel itself is perfectly located for sightseeing, shopping and all your dining out options.

Had a wonderful first visit to Palma. So many wonderful features of this hotel from the extremely convenient location, the diverse and abundant breakfast offerings, the rooftop pool with a view of the cathedral and the lovely rooms with windows that open to the street. What it is not is quiet due to its location but since you will be staying up late anyway, you feel like you are part of the crowd and bustle of the activities. The staff is extremely courteous and warm. We were recommended a day trip which took us to Sóller which was the highlight of our vacation. Thank you to everyone at the Petite Palace. We hope to come back one day.

Our only complaint was that next door they have an Italian restaurant with outside sitting, so is very loud at night, but a sleeping pill will solve the problem.

Found some items of clothing in our bed from previous guests which suggested the sheets hadn’t been changed.
Our room was dreadfully noisy , from neighbours above and from reception guests.
This hotel is fabulous. Incredible location right in the middle of the old part Of Palma. Little walking streets. The room was a high std, the communal areas are calm, cool and peaceful and there’s a lovely rooftop terrace with a plunge pool that is well serviced by the lobby bar.

margaret.partnerMay 05, 2024 This property ticks all the boxes, amazing breakfast, lovely court yard. At the bottom of the road, the bus to the Aquarium number 35 also drops off at the bus/train station and runs every 10 minutes, 2 euros each! Take the bus to Valldemossa and Sóller, so easy.

Website and photos are extraordinarily misleading.
Entrance is closed at 18:00. Access then only using key card.
We had 2 rooms for 2 nights. Whenever we opened the doors there were crawling insects on the floor near to the doors.
Brochure / website states rooms have A/C but with external day/night temperatures ranging from 12-30*C (21/03/2024) there was no cooling A/C available.
When we put the A/C "ON" it just blew very hot, with no explanation as to why the cooling facility did not work. This maybe fine if you're Mallorquin / Spanish, but when the hotel caters for international guests, often colder climbs, the cooling system should be enabled or a CLEAR note made on their booking confirmation that this will not be available.
So hot were we that we had to sleep with the bedroom doors wide open, allowing all sorts of bugs and mosquitoes in. On one particular night we were woken at 02:45 by very loud music coming from the ground floor restaurant. This went on for 1/2hr before an elderly but helpful night porter went to investigate and we presume found cleaning staff who had put the music on to listen to whilst working. Very annoying but no apology or gesture or refund made.
If you are happy "back-packing" or 2-3* this hotel would probably be OK, but is certainly not 4*.
We certainly will not return for the reasons highlighted.
excellent location in a very good part of the old town. Breakfast was excellent and the waiter on duty was very pleasant and professional. Used the hotels bycycle and their gym, both of which were good. Highly recommend the hotel.
andrew g.partnerFeb 19, 2024 My wife and I have stayed here twice. Great both times. 2 different rooftops for watching sunsets, amazing views of the skyline and cathedral. Comfortable beds, stylish decor, good breakfast. All the staff we came into contact with were great (thanks Carlos!). I don't think you can do any better for the location, it's an easy walk to pretty much anywhere.
