Ramada Colombo

The Ramada Colombo is situated at a prime location. Room is spacious and had all the amenities and a side view of the ocean. The food that we ordered as room service was just alright, but the breakfast had a wide selection including sri lankan food and everything was top notch. Swimming pool is nice and clean. They as-lo has bar and restaurants just beside the pool which had a nice ambient. We spent entire evening in the poolside bar, covered under green canopy. Staffs are courteous, professional and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here for a week and found the Ramada Colombo suitable for my business trip after staying 2nd time in 6 months. Varieties of food. Healthy food with good nutritional value. Ambiance is very good. I liked the place most due to nearby sea beach. No noise. No pollution. Cleanliness is experienced. Good service. Overall experience is fantastic. But one suggestion, airport pickup and drop facility must be made as complimentary service to avoid hassles. Overall, I am satisfied staying over here.

Hotel ramada colombo is situated at very prime location with walkable distance to sea. Hotels rooms are very spacious, clean and very well maintained. Excellent room service. Hotel staff was very helpful and supportive. Travel desk services are very good. Buffet breakfast was very good with wide variety. We included dinner with our stay and they were so courteous to serve the 5 course dinner in room inspite of having buffet dinner in resturant. Overall the stay in ramada was excellent

I would like to thank the front desk officer who has greet me with smile in morning and also allow me to do early check-in as check-in time is 02:00 Pm. It really help me to plan my day work. All staff and officer are well trained and mannered. Location is also very good, which is front of the beach. In another country feel safe and like home country Ramada Colombo. I really enjoy my stay in Colombo. Thanks to entire team.

I stayed at Ramada Ramada Colombo Colombo for four days. Hotel is at an excellent location right at the heart of city. Rooms are big enough to accommodate a family. Hospitality is top notch. The only thing that I think can be improved is breakfast menu as that is repetitive one day after another, specially for vegetarians that is a big concern. Other then that no flaw with my stay at Ramada.

I have been regularly studying in this Ramada Colombo for 3 things, staff's are very professional and a great help when you need. Rooms are much bigger than you expect and best location for Colombo. I have been staying with big brand Ramada Colombos but the rooms are very small and expensive. I recommend all tourists to stay with them and I am sure they will not let you down for services.

We stayed in ramada as part of our trip back home, with a day's rest in colombo. The room is spacious, even with a toddler. Basic hygiene is visible across. The breakfast spread was also good, with a mix of continental, sri lankan and indian. Check-in and check-out process was really fast, especially because Ramada Colombo staff always preferred to clear food bills on delivery

I stayed at Ramada for one day and the entire stay has been really pleasant and comfortable. The staff were very supportive. As a first time visitor to the City and country, I had many questions. Each of the staff member I interacted with was kind enough to answer and guide me anytime I had anything to ask. Am definitely going to stay here during my future visits.

This was my first visit to Colombo and enjoyed staying in Ramada Colombo. Awesome cleanliness, spacious and well-maintained room. Excellent service, delicious quality food. Good ambiance. Overall awesome experience. One suggestion Airport drop and pick up facility must be offered to the guests as complimentary.

The Ramada Colombo is located right at the beach in Colombo. It is right next to Taj Colombo. There are good bars and food joints nearby. The place is well served by autos and Uber. Rooms are large. Bath is also large and very clean. Only negative is the service of housekeeping; it just takes forever.

Had a lovely 3 days stay at ramada colombo. Staff was very polite, rooms were spacious and clean. Food was amazing. They made us see the rooms first and then choose one that suits our family of four. Check in and check out was smooth. Room service could be little more fast.

The rooms are spacious. The beds were comfortable. The shower was very. Nice with right pressure and temperature. The bathroom is very clean and neatly maintained. The breakfast was good but would. Have been better if they had more choice in indian breakfast.

I was travelling with my family and we were there at the time of bomb blast. The Ramada Colombo staff did everything and anything possible to make us feel safe and comfortable. Good experience.

Buffet breakfast has less number of items and not so good, buffet dinner good. A-la-carte food in dinner and evening snacks very good. Staff behaviour good but reception staff behaviour quite Ok.

Excellent stay, the location and other comfort in the property is next level. Also, supun, the manager front desk is super helpful with his crew.

The Ramada Colombo is lovely. Liked the room and amenities. Found the staff to be somewhat cold and lacking warmth, different behavior towards European and Asian guests. No one smiles.
