Brilliant location for both tourists and business travelers. Variety of options for food and entertainment within few mins walk. 10 min walk to the seashore also.

The hotel is good but they are not giving only 2 glasses of water. If we take extra they are charging for that.

World trade centre, central banks and ministry of crab restaurant, awesome pubs, spa - 2 mins walk. The beach - 5 mins walk, b alleys casino - 10 mins walk. What more can a leisure or business traveller expect?

No wonder why this hotel is affordable compared to others. I was staying in room no : 116. There were blood stains in the wc seat cover which was not cleaned. Even if we try to clean it’s not going. They should change the seat cover, bed spreads are very rough. Locker which was provided in the hotel room was not working. Loud music from other night club bars till 12am we cannot sleep. Terrible and pathetic hotel

The rooms are fantastic, service and location is also fantastic. One not good things is the food at the rooftop restaurant as well as their service from the dutch bistro, the chicken kottu that i tried was very stale and smelly, i wouldn’t recommend food here.

Something i would like to add here about their behaviour during my checkout. I happen to discard an empty cigarette packet in the provided dustbin in the room and the staff made a mess about it accusing me of smoking in the room. I was in the hurry to catch my flight and needed to check out as quick as possible. But the staff made me stay there after check out to more longer for them to understand and convince the fact that i haven't smoked inside the room i was staying and the discarded was just an empty packet even after there were no evident smell inside the room. This made me very upset since i had to catch my flight and made it more delayed from the hotel staff end.

Location of the hotel is perfect for tourists and business travelers rooms are spacious and comfortable. Buffet in restaurant is not so great. But you have decent restaurants within few metres of the hotel.

Is good and pleasant but do not take the taxi nearby the hotel instead take the taxi from the road near commercial bank because the taxi people in-front of the fairway also be aware of it when taking taxi ask for meter. The airport pick and drop from the fairway hotel is also expensive kindly avoid it because it's around 20000lkr which is not worth it instead you can book which is only 3000 to 4000 lkr. The food is good and price are reasonable only thing is while taking taxi just be cautious.
