The rooms are really bad old stinky and wifi is not reachable if we close the door no hygiene cleanliness

Below average stay, just for transit visa it was booked in a hurry.

It is tucked away in a narrow lane. The property has water leakage in all the 3 rooms we stayed. Booked in a rush for transit visa purpose. It is close to port city and one galle mall and the big 5 star hotels. If it were not raining and leakages into the rooms, it would have been better. We literally had to wear our shoes through out the stay. The staff are very friendly.

Location was good, in the heart of the city. Rooms are average and hotel did not provide shower cap, soap and shampoo. Else everything was ok. Recommend only for short stay. The only thing i like about hotel was friendly staff and plenty of food restaurants nearby area. Else everything was average.

Friendly staff with good room

The rooms are clean with 24X7 hot water availability. Staff are friendly. We faced some technical issues during our stay like room extension and doorbell not working, lift stopped in between. Had these not been, it is worth a better rating. Suggestion to hotel please check all these things before you give a guest the room to check in.

Place is centrally located, nearby places like ditch hospital is 10 minus car journey, hotel staff good, there a good options available for food nearby overall good.

Terrible Stay

There is no one for receiving they are not aware that we are checking in. No good response. AC was offed whole night by them. Not at all clean, no enough space. The room was smelly not provided even soaps.
