Radisson Blu Resort Galle

My recent stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Galle, Sri Lanka, was an unforgettable experience that exceeded all my expectations. If you are looking for a perfect getaway from anything, Amari Galle should be your first choice. I had stayed for a 4d/3n at Amari during march 2019, and I could easily give it a 6 star out of 5. The Radisson Blu Galle is a clear example of how an ideal Radisson Blu Galle should be. Right from the check in, to the check out. The staff is professional as well as always ready do the extra to make you as comfortable as you can. Through out my stay we could See each staff always greeting you and asking you if everything is OK. The room's are perfect example of well planned interiors. View from the room is dream I also want to mention few special people who made this stay even more memorable. Ms. Darshi, the manager always joyous. Mr. Bhagat, the Indian chef, Ms. Upkesha, manager at the restaurant, Mr. Shashank, the manager at the restaurant, Mr. Dilan the waiter at the restaurant. Thank you Amari Galle for everything.

The Amari is a little short of Galle, but still within reach in a tuk-tuk which should take about 15 mins. The Radisson Blu Galle has a lovely character and has been built very aesthetically considering the limited space it has, it has a pool and a beachfront which is a premium in Galle. The waves were a bit rough, but I still enjoyed jumping in. The bar serves lovely cocktails and trademark milk shakes (which I fell in love with). The rooms are spacious and almost all rooms face the ocean, so there is really no bad view when you check-in here. The breakfast was good albeit a bit crowded owing to the new year rush. The staff is very friendly and ever willing to help.

We didn't know about this Radisson Blu Galle before we booked it. The beach isn't worth going to as it very rough and strict no-no for kids. Spa was just ok for the charge they put for 120 mins. Buddhima is a great child care person and your kids would simply fall in love with her. Food is great and they have a nice spread, don't overindulge as the gym has limited equipment and you'd end up in the pool all the time. Rooms are spacious and have nice view. Weligama is a better place to stay if you are looking for beaches as they have surfing lessons for you and the sea isn't swelled up as it's in Galle.

They welcomed us saying "Welcome to the best resort in Galle" and the property did not disappoint one bit! The rooms are stellar, and while the property does wear a slightly worn look, it's the best in Galle. The staff is incredibly cool, the pool is huge and amazing and the beach is pristine and quaint. While the location could be better, it's one of the better properties in Galle, perfect for day trips to Unawatuna and Mirissa. Simply loved our stay here ❤️also, the property offers the bestest sunset views ever.

Amazing hospitality! Booked this place to surprise my wife for our honeymoon and she was pleasantly surprised. Excellent service! Can enjoy Sun rise and Sun set. Tasty food! Breakfast buffet is a must try! Very close to all tourist attractions in Galle! Satisfied with every rupee we spent. My wife wants to visit Sri Lanka to stay at this place again. The property is located at a very beautiful and serene location. The rooms are very hygienic, the entire Radisson Blu Galle is well kept and maintained only pool can be kept with more cleanliness. Food was good but they need to add few more options of restaurants and variety. They can be little flexible with the guests.

Very clean and spacious Radisson Blu Galle. You have plenty of space in the room and lockers are also provided. Stuff is super friendly and helpful. The location is great, you are close to everything. Need to try the tasty breakfast too. I had a great time at the Radisson Blu Galle, would totally recommend it.

Thank you for making our stay memorable. It was a great experience, we stayed at the ground floor near to the Beach and the pool. The Beach view was breathtaking. Loved the food at the restraint and the staff was extremely friendly. They have this amazing temperature regulated pool which is outstanding.

The Radisson Blu Galle was very good. The rooms and the staff very good. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Hotel has maintained the pool very well. It was a pleasant stay. Beautiful beach surroundings. The Radisson Blu Galle location was awesome.

The spa and the hot stone massage were awesome with reasonable pricing. The breakfast was really good. The service was a little slow but otherwise good experience. The pool is huge and well maintained. The room size was small.

All rooms are sea view buffet is great lobby is fantastic. Staff also cooperative, great pool on beach. The only loop is you have great sea and beach view but beach is not good for swimming too steep and risky.

Beautifully pampered by all the Radisson Blu Galle staff and a must stay in Lanka.

Beautiful property with a small and well kept Beach The roof top restaurant is great. We found the breakfast options as average. Our 2 year old kid enjoyed the pool and the children's room quite a lot.

A Radisson Blu Galle with a good location and view. Hotel should keep more options for vegetarians.

The property has a fabulous private beach which is perfect to swim and soak of some sun. All staff are adequately masked and follow all safety and hygiene protocols.

The Radisson Blu Galle has breathtaking views from the room (junior suite. The coffee shop (ahaar gourmet gallery) had quite a nice selection for breakfast.

Today morning a chef replied dosa batter is over so they can’t provide dosa further and etc-etc delayed service need to improve their services as well for room service

I checked in with my parents there, the properly, staffs were awsome. Food was very tasty, indian options were there.

If you plan to chill, this is the place, awesome location, awesome food, brilliant rooms and pool and food. Won't mind coming back again and staying here!
