Hotel property is good, but not all rooms are good. Unfortunately we were given a room that is not good. Bathroom was good, but size of the room, furniture were not upto the mark. We booked for a double room, but we were provided with a twin sharing room. However staff behaviour, food variety and quality (breakfast and dinner) were good. Staff behaviour and room service were good, prompt and warm. Location is good, but one can get Thilanka Hotels at better location in Kandy at the same price.

Fantastic property with great facilities, friendly and courteous staff and great restaurant . Right when you enter you are greeted with an unique charm of the place. The rooms are large, spacious and spotlessly clean with a great view of the lake and the Tooth temple . The restaurant has a great mix of local and continental cuisine that should whether the preferences of most people . Overall we loved our stay there.

My stay in January'20 was awesome considering family trip consisting of elderly people. The Thilanka Hotel offers wide range of rooms and restaurant offers multi-cuisine options. We had an exciting time in Thilanka Hotel Kandy... The King's Pavilion was a royal treatment and rooms were so spacious and from the balcony a very nice view towards the Kandy lake and a city which was a treat to watch. Except the parking mess we had, everything else was a thumbs up.

Our first stay in Sri Lanka and this Hotel made us feel so good. The rooms were clean and the view from the room was so beautiful. We could actually See the entire Kandy City from the balcony. The service and food was nice. We enjoyed our stay here completely.
