I had asked to a room with balcony and had even paid for breakfast but didn’t recieve any breakfast. Highly disappointed by the makemytrip team and the staff at heaven seven nuwara eliya

Great hotel in terms of room size and cleanliness. Good location and decent view of the Town from the rooms. Only need to improve on the breakfast in terms of the variety offered, it's a bit boring right now

Limited choice of breakfast. No salads or fruits. Only watermelon juice. Staff were polite, courteous and nice. Our bathroom was leaking. Wi-fi not available in room.

Rooms were really small, we were provided one water bottle for three people also whereas it was written in the booking policy that breakfast is included in the hotel fee but we were not provided breakfast from the hotel. Would not recommend it to anybody
